I totally Love This woman , ever since I was a Little boy , I have Loved the Music of Carley Simon ,,,every thing she has ever did ,,, Her songs stand out in my mind and now I am 62 years old and her music is as beautiful as it was when I first heard it its timeless ,,, she is so high classed ,..and gentel at the same time .
Beautiful woman, beautiful voice. So graceful. One of the top vocalist and song writers of my time. Her voice is up there either the likes of Karen Carpenter. An Angel.
Mick Jagger sang the harmony vocals on “You’re So Vain”, but the back up vocals were done by the same backup singers who sang on “The Right Thing to Do” - Carly Simon who of course also sang lead, then there was Vicki Brown and Liza Strike - if I’m not mistaken.
