The spreads are MUCH better!
There are a lot of keto breads you can buy at the supermarket now. I've had a bunch and most don't taste very good because they have "cleaner" ingredients. I recommend Aunt Millie's Carb Smart bread. It's the closest thing to regular sandwhich bread I've had on keto.
I'm with you on the Aunt Millie Carb Smart Bread. It is the best I have found as well, especially the seeded. Of course many on keto may call it "dirty-keto" due to the chemicals on board but you gotta do what you have to do.
They taste so much better toasted and buttered I’ve noticed. Helps moisten them
More brands are adapting recently. I've recently seen Sola, carbonaut, and even some big brands have keto versions.
I love your reviews and will subscribe to your channel. I have bought the strawberry several times, I never tied the grape. You are correct the flavor of the strawberry seems more natural and not sweet.....I sprinkle some extra sweetener on it (splenda, equal, etc.). With the extra sweetner it tastes much better.

Thanks for the review I just bought some of the strawberry one I’ll have to give it a try. Sams club actually sells orowheat keto white bread and it’s not bad at all and they do have the no sugar peanut butter so I am looking forward to having a pb&j soon. There are “keto” breads on the market now. Aldi has bread & buns. I’ve heard Walmart does too but I haven’t found it at mine. Would be interesting to see you review the keto bread.
The ones I have seen people make look like styrofoam.
I think the bread you are talking about is cloud bread it’s make out of egg whites. I’ve tried it once and it’s nothing like bread 😂 Its not horrible but it tastes like a eggy spongy bread. Ok yeah. It was pretty bad lol. Loved the review as always ❤️

At 5 calories and edible I definitely want to like those fruit spreads . I did get Wonder Spread low Calore Hazelnut a while back on your recommendation and it is a keeper !

I’m buying some grape now. I’ve been keto for over 6months and noticed even semi sweet stuff taste strong to me so maybe it will be different. If i remember I’ll be back to let you know!

I would love the orange flavor it sounds like this orange flavored chocolate I had called ovation and you can only find it at Easter

The orange spread is vegan, but the hazelnut is not. When Kevin said it was I thought how cool it was, but skimmed milk :/
I bought the blueberry jam and I was not impressed by it at all. No flavor at all! The smuckers brand isn't all that great either. The only brand I buy is Polaner's sugar free preserves. They're all good in my opinion and they're a staple for me. I mix them in my yogurt.

The Polaner brand makes sugar free jam/jelly… it’s not good… it’s funny how you accidentally called it polymer…which reminds me of chemistry class… I can’t decide if it was the taste or texture I disliked more…
My friend used to use one of the sugar free jams to make a topping for a keto cheesecake… the cheesecake she made wasn’t bad… but I’m very glad I’m not in keto… lol
None of the sugar free have been good enough for me to want to buy again.
