Thoughts!? Opinions!? Let’s discuss but keep it respectful always❤️
It makes no sense that you can’t get Cecile’s head replaced anymore. She’s a Sonali mold, and they still make Sonali molds. They’re just being incredibly lazy and money hungry.
I am furious that AG will no longer replace Cecile heads. She is my favorite AG doll of all time. She was historical and I personally feel that they should always provide head replacements on historical characters. I guard her closely since I can’t really get her replaced.
This actually isn't true anymore! The hospital restocked the Cecile heads this July (of 2022)! The hospital makes doll heads in big batches, and if there's enough demand for doll heads that they've run out of, they will occasionally re-make a new batch. It's usually best to call or email if you want a new head and aren't sure if its in stock. Even if you were told they wouldn't make more in the past, its not always a guarantee
@@CuriosityKilledThisCat That’s interesting. I just got off the phone with AG and they said they no longer replace Cecile heads. That they are discontinued.
Gurl... what are you doing to your doll to the point she needs a whole head replacement?! 😳
@@ClarkyWarky honestly, a lot of people get them as children, or get them secondhand from people that don't know how to care for their dolls!
Sis when they’re supply of retired heads are gone, they’re gone. They’re not gonna make a huge batch just for one or two head replacements a year. Get over it
The fact that they’ll replace Marie-Grace who has a unique face mold and not Cecile is insane
Especially since no other doll to my knowledge until recently used the Marie-Grace mold 🤷🏼♀️
@@mandymagnolia1966I think that’s exactly why. There’s more MG than Cecile heads
I assume they've run out of Cecile heads because more people bought her. The insane this is that they've retired so many of the popular historical dolls.
the fact that AG tries to replace your doll with a completely different one just because “they don’t have it” is totally ridiculous. The community deserves to get their dolls back the right way, without the creepy new eyes or a totally different doll head!
One of my friends sent in her brand new American Girl doll to the doll hospital because it had the bad eyes. She asked for a doll with the good eyes. They replaced the doll with a doll with the bad eyes. She sent the doll in three times! Each time it came back with the bad eyes! She finally ended up doing an eye swap herself. But each time she had to pay the 50 dollars to get the doll head replace! American Girl would not reimburse her for it either. :( it makes me so sad how their costumer service has gone down hill in the past several years. Once upon a time, this never would have happened.
Yah I forgot to mention that sometimes new customers using the ag hospital get sent the bad eyes and they try to see if they notice!
@@thedollstudiobykris It is completely insane that they do it too! Especially as she made a note saying she was replacing the head to get new eyes. and they still did it anyway!
I'm honestly not surprised about this as it is Mattel that's behind AG. Mattel thinks more about money than quality imo.
I would be livid. Of course I also wouldn't be dumb enough to do it a second time after they refuse to replace it the first time and they made me pay for it. .. But that's just me.
american girl is just becoming money hungry. they don't care about the message they used to send anymore. It's all about the profit, not the value or stories. i'm 20 so i wasn't around in the pleasant company era, but even back in 2008 when i got my first american girl doll they stil had realistic historical characters and clothes made with quality fabric. i bought an outfit from AG for the first time in probably 7 years and it felt like the clothes from OG. even with some of the outfits for sale on ag now the shoes are entirely plastic and the clothes are soooo expensive. a whole outfit on ag is more than i spend on an outfit for myself. i hope they realize people are getting upset with the corners their cutting and honestly with the laziness. i love this video. i love hearing everybody's opinion and learning more.
It is owned by Mattel. Keep that in mind. The bottom line is all that matters.
@@lisbetsoda4874 but they were owned by Mattel in 2008, too. I’m fact, they’ve been owned by Mattel since 1998. I get the point you’re making, but it still doesn’t add up that just in recent years they’ve had such a huge shift in quality.
@@abbytownsend7739 true. Meanwhile their profits have been diminishing with less girls playing with dolls, the economy. Just see how many stores have closed. Whatever the reason, it is upsetting.
@@lisbetsoda4874 I know! The American Girl store closest to me closed down last year and I still haven't forgiven them for that. All because online shopping is thought to be superior when I believe the experience is more important cause I like being able to SEE the actual new dolls in person and being able to play with the dolls in the store. And that's why it bugs me when they keep releasing new holiday dresses and such for the Historical/Beforever dolls even if it contradicts what's described in the books cause the company is just focused on making money. And sometimes they don't seem to take advantage of what customers WOULD want to buy, like for Kavi' collection, they released authentic Elphaba and Glinda "Wicked" outfits for the dolls, but that's all they released. They have boy dolls, but they didn't release any Fiyero or Boq outfits for them,, not even Fiyero's iconic red "Dancing Through Life" outfit. And I wanted American Girl to release an actual green-skinned Elphaba American Girl doll (cause they have blonde dolls, of course, but it doesn't have the same effect if you have the Elphaba outfit on a doll that doesn't have green skin), especially since it's been confirmed that "Wicked the Movie: Part One" is gonna happen. I was expecting them to go all out with the "Wicked" collection as they did with the "Harry Potter" collection, but NO.
I sent my Grace doll to the hospital. I had cut her hair around her shoulders. Around 3 weeks later she came back with a CHRISSA head!! I was so upset. I don’t think I will ever forget my heart dropping after seeing her.
I feel so bad for you
@@kitleecaplinger2987 it’s almost been 3 years since this happened. luckily customer service was nice and let me return the doll back to the doll hospital to get the right head. :)
@@EmilyFitzmier oh good
Ya I sent in a Marie Grace for a head replacement, and she came back with her ears pierced 🙃🙃🙃🙃 when I called the guy was as dumb as a brick “well that’s part of her face mold she always has earrings “ I’m like No she does not
Her hair was also a huge mess curls were horrible :-/ luckily after talking to the right person they let me change her for free since it was an error on their end 🙃
@@dollsNcats I’m glad it turned out right at the end. I’m so sorry that happened. :(
I feel like AG does things to promote diversity (offering wheelchairs, diabetes supplies, hearing aids, bald dolls, tons of different skin tones, etc) but then they go and do something crappy like this. It's such a simple thing they could do to include people of color / dolls of color. Like, okay, maybe you don't get hundreds of this particular doll coming to the hospital every year, so you don't need to keep hundreds of those heads around, but you could keep a few around!
I’ve heard of people sending in 43’s and getting back 44 and 86 heads because they didn’t have it 😩 it would be amazing if they had all the dolls heads!! So much less stress
I sent in my #4 in for the silver eye problem, and she came back fine; but after some of the stories I've heard, I may try to repair my Pleasant Company era dolls myself.
I wish they would replace wigs instead of heads.
RIGHT !!!! I have had my doll since I was a kid and I’m now 33 lol I would rather have bad hair then ever replace her head
If you can’t guarantee or have a replacement for your products after 30 plus years of always promising your consumers (and children for that matter) that their dolls will be taken care of if damaged or otherwise just goes to show you are an unreliable company that can’t be trusted .
When it was Pleasant Company they stood by their promise. From 2000 on Mattel officially owned the company after Pleasant T. Rowland sold it in 1998.
1986-2000
The selection of which heads they have is actually always changing. It seems they've restocked a number of heads this summer that they had run out of--I just sent my #4 because they got new heads for her, and my friend sent her Cecil in because they got new heads in July. With the hospital, you really just have to call and email regularly to ask if the head is in stock, since their stock for older dolls changes every year or so.
Noooooo! My girls JUST inherited a Cecile doll from a cousin and her hair is butchered. Cecile was going to be the very first doll we sent to the hospital.😭 WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY THINKING?? What does this say to all of us non-White customers?? We were just getting into AG...I may rethink the company now...
AG has always shown a priority of white dolls in Mattel. Pleasant company POC characters (Kaya, Addy, Josefina) still are for sale because Mattel does not care enough to introduce new characters.
@CoachCraze sorry to be so late on this, but if you haven't yet I'd advise finding a third party to give her a new wig. I know some people do basically third party Doll hospitals on etsy.
@@rebeccareyes6171and there’s shops that do reproduction wigs for some of the historicals. I got one for my Kirsten and the wig is SO much thicker. I’m half tempted to get their Felicity one just cause their wig’s pin-curls have more hair and don’t look so scraggly 😅
Yes…make that petition there’s no way for American girl to be playing favoritism and denying my ag medical assistant 😭 if there concerned about resellers abusing the ag hospital for more profit margin in the resale ag should just find a solution to show the head is a replacement and not original ag acting like they don’t have the funds and no one backing it up (collectors)
People have said that Jess is no longer available, also. Considering that technology does exist to 3D print, why hasn't Mattel invested research into this, so AG can still provide the doll replacement heads on an as need basis if they didn't want to have an inventory of older doll heads.
The dolls are made of vinyl not 3d print? I’m confused about the point you make with 3d printing
@@stooglesgoogles7246 Since AG has or should have at least one original of each doll, that doll head can be scanned or otherwise loaded into a computer and printed via 3D printing to create more doll heads for doll replacement, so what aren't they using this technology to do that? Are they more concerned that repairing dolls will impact the sale of new dolls?
When that chart popped up, it took me back 11 years when I was deeply immersed into AG. 37 was my first AG because... redhead obsession... Mia obsession. Anyway. That's wild, because out of the girls in that chart, I really want 11. Yours is so cute with her little sweater and i definitely agree with you on the bangs!! They need to stay their original pie shape!! Edit: I was in fifth grade when I got my 37, Angie, replaced. I had given her a haircut and she came back with the same head. It was just reattached because I had pulled out the string that held her head on.
I recently sent my secondhand Lindsey to the doll hospital, only wanting a limb replacement because hers were deeply stained, covered in glitter and nail polish, and the vinyl was shredded, they called me a couple of days ago and asked if I wanted to replace her head with JLY #23 and I was like “What? Um. No. I never even wanted a head replacement, but thanks for asking.” ‘cause her head has stains and damage to her wig but I have been slowing lifting and cleaning the stains and glitter and got her a replica wig to put on(I’m still keeping the original)
I had no idea! Thank you for the heads up! I'm glad I didn't buy a TLC doll hoping to replace a part only to find I can't! It seems like they are retiring the dark vinyl dolls from being replaced because they are more rare to begin with!! It's always about $! So sad!😒
I have a vintage Kristen from the late 80s. I’m actually terrified of sending her in.
I think it’s weird there’s only a $5 difference from refresh and the replacement services. Like the refresh one should be more like $40 or $35 since you’re not getting a big replacement.
I'm an adult collector. So I don't play with them like an child does yet the strings still weaken and I have to pay to send and replace them. Ridiculous! The strings shouldn't loosen just from display. I tried to explain that cause they use to fix it for free and the lady was soooooo rude
Yah! Frustrating for sure😪
I just sent my original Kaya in for restringing (that era had loose joints with release shes needed a stand since day 1) cause I just don't have the hand strength to DIY and they have a new gown! I think my only complaint was they redid her braids they were still factory but I should have been more specific in my notes to not do that.
I’m so sad! I was going to send my #11 in. Her hair is badly cut but I’ve noticed the way they’re handling the dolls of color and it’s just something I can’t understand or agree with. I’m lucky to have PC Addy, #1, and 18.1 with the darker tone. That’s who the doll is and that’s how is should stay.
I really regret not going back to the AG store to get a new truly me 27 because her arm was loose when I got her but I didn't want to pay more, as my store was closed by then. It makes it so hard to do stopmotions. And American Girl needs to own up to their mistakes.
You can fix loose limbs on your own pretty quickly. I bought a Kit for cheap that had a broken leg and was able to get it reattached. There are RUclips tutorials on how to do it.
My only question is that she doesnt have a neck string. I'm wondering how to get the head off without damaging it.
That's so messed up that Cecile isn't available
The benefit dolls are bought knowing that ANYTHING wrong with them AG won't fix for free, it's always been that way. As well as buying second had you always run the risk of perma-panties or bad eyes. It's part of asking question prior to buying. I got a Z Yang with PPs but I asked the questions and got her from the seller at a deal because of them. They really don't bother me at all on her. Since the doll hospital started they have always said that the heads will be as available. Realistically they can't keep pumping out these heads to just sit around waiting for someone to maybe send in. They may get say 10 number Ones a year, and they have to do a production batch of 1000 with the factory. Money wise it doesn't make any sense to keep that stock. Mostly going to the hospital now is parents sending in a doll that has been damaged in some way by their child or another child. My daughter has a Lanie, her first doll when she was 2. The doll was well loved, so I did send her doll in to have the head replaced because the hair was coming out in clumps.
I have a number 2 I got used 10+ years ago with an arm that’s destringing, I never took her into the hospital but I’m scared they may not be able to fix her. Her hair isn’t in the best condition either as well as her limbs being lose with harder to clean stains
I had no idea! Thank you for providing this information!! Yikes!!! This is disturbing!!
I was jus gonna send my Cecile up there too😔
They can't offer a lot of the addy mold Truly Me Dolls because the vinyl colors are no longer the same.
Luckily my dolls are 2 years old or less. I will use the hospital as needed. I agree that the eyes or body should be changed for permapanties or bad eyes. It is not correct that they don’t have heads for Cecile or #4. It doesn’t make any sense. People like me are unable to fix dolls due to poor manual dexterity. I wonder if there were layoffs at the doll hospital.
Another thing I don't get is if 11 and 18 are not available why aren't they offering 45 and not 26?
I’m sooo glad I saw this video because I have been worried about sending my mini me doll from 2000. My puppy at the time got to her arms and hands. I saved the rest of her and stored her safely after that but I miss seeing her and now that I have my own daughter I would like to pass her on.
Don't forget with GOTYs dolls older then 10 after their year can't be head replace example 01-2011 all the current current GOTY dolls can be. So that's something to be upset about to. They don't have older GOTY heads no more also.
They don’t? I just saw someone on AGIG get their lanie doll back from the doll hospital a couple months ago
hi my mistake I Facebook message AG and they said that they don't have any Lindsey, Marisol and Jess heads. I'd ask AG about a certain doll that you need fixed. With a new head.
The eye thing annoys me so much. My poor Kathryn (CYO) had the weird eyes and I can’t replace them myself because she has dark skin and blue eyes and those are unable to be found anywhere else.
My #1 also has her hair cut into a bob and they can’t replace her head. It’s so disappointing. Nicki’s head can be replaced and she was retired earlier!
I have a JLY 2, JLY4 and JLY 15 and the fact I can’t send them in pisses me off. I only need their hair changed out and its so annoying. Im getting doubles now, but I’m hoping they bring these heads back so I can send them in
I believe I have one doll with the bad eyes (76) but I’m used to them by now. I do regret not sending my 49 in to remove her perma panties though. I kept them since I thought it would be cool as a collector but since it affects more then just the underwear part of the body, I don’t like how clothes look on my 49. If she had a normal body I would probably use her more
Yah it gives them a weird diaper butt hahah I only have 2 dolls with permanenties but they really are something to look out for😅
@@thedollstudiobykris for me it’s the waist. It’s more cylindrical
I don’t mind my doll with perms panties-a collectors item!
I sent in my daughters #20 and got back a 32 with grayish blue eyes. I think she had an eye swap because she doesn’t match any JLY faces exactly. When I got her back I was like who is this?
i havent paid attention to american girl in awhile, and unfortunately I ended up with a luciana with those bad eyes and a truly me with permapanties. i remember when they did offer the free services for them and never got them sent in. so sad they make you pay for their own mistakes now :/
In all fairness, they did do it for free. You just missed the boat. So did I. 🤣
ugh I wish i saw this a few days ago before I bought a cecile to send to the doll hospital
I haven’t finished the video yet but I completely agree with your first point. I have Blaire and I think was only watching mixiepixie7 at that time (and I didn’t have AGIG either) so I had no idea that you could send your doll in to get her eyes replaced. So she has the bad eyes and it makes me really sad because she’s so pretty but I’ve had trouble connecting with her over the 3 years that I’ve had her for
Truly upsetting to find out after the deadline for sure🫠
@@thedollstudiobykris if AG changes it to being free of charge I won’t hesitate to send my poor Blaire even though I would miss her while she’s gone
I 100% agree with you!
I can't wait! I need to send my Elizabeth in, but I don't know about it
Does anyone know if by "limb replacement," they mean they actually reattach the limbs you send with the doll? I have a 2002 pleasant company branded Kit doll with EXTRAORDINARILY loose limbs after playing with her nonstop as a child (they're barely hanging in there, you can literally see inside her body) but I'm afraid if I send her in to get restrung, they will put in new limbs instead of restringing the originals, which would look ridiculous because her face is so aged at this point in color, brand new limbs just wouldn't slide by unnoticed. 🤣
I sent in my circa 2000 Kit recently and they simply tightened the limbs. I can tell they are the same ones by the "beauty marks."
I had also lost her hair clip and they have me a new one for free (upon request).
100% Agree With You! 👍
and don’t get me started on the wigs I’d rather have the wig itself replaced not the whole head replaced, the head is fine and I want to keep it somewhat original
When i got a Marie grace off eBay early this year her hair was cut and my mom and I called American Girl to ask is they can replace the head and they said no so this is confusing ?
cuz they dont make the marie grace face mold anymore
i sent kanani in for a new head and they changed her limbs as well which is great, however! one of her legs came back a darker skin tone than the rest of her limbs, which i mean its not incredibly noticeable but come on🤷♀️
I had an issue and just called and talked to the manager. They overnighted a brand new doll to me, and in the box was a label to ship the back from the hospital damaged doll.
I got a new Kanani in the box and people were telling me don't send her to the hospital ! Her leg was real loose after being in the box so long ! People were saying they would give me the wrong limbs and I was so scared,I actually found a lady in my city and her daughter fixed my doll ! I was so happy ! ❤
Great video! Thanks for all the info!
Correct me if I’m wrong. But I think the doll hospital isn’t replacing orange Nellies or Kaileys anymore. I hope I’m wrong, but I thought I heard they won’t anymore. Their mistake. They should correct it.
I have a #19 and she is in excellent condition but needs to be restrung big time. I don't want to send her to the hospital because I am afraid they will mess up her head, Maybe I am just paranoid. But anyway I need to buy just the string or a kit?. Do you recommend a place to buy good quality string and what size? Thanks in advance.
Yes! I'm heard of dolls such as Maryellen and Julie still having permapanties
Oh gosh, I hope not!
Oh do they? I want to get Julie
Will it have perma panties
@@americangirldollcarlysdoll631 no, the new dolls they sell do not have permapanties, However there is a chance that one from the benefit sale or second hand may have them, though I don’t believe they were used in the historical line from what I understand.
I got a benefit sale doll (YAY) and this is making me consider finding an artist on instagram or etsy to do an eye swap for me instead of sending her to the hospital 👀
probably the best decision tbh
@gabrielle For the past couple years they’ve been hosting the benefit sale online!
@gabrielle Sure thing! :) If you go to their websites I think you can sign up for email updates, and they should let everyone know when and how next year’s sale is happening!
@gabrielle I got truly me 31!
This is how I was able to get most of my AG dolls as a kid !! I remember winning a bid and won a doll for $20!
Thanks again. 💕
Pretty sure my Tenney had the eye problem lol! couldn't check now tho I gave her to my niece last summer and now my Tenney and Logan live in sunny South Carolina!
Wow I didn’t know about the minority disparity at the hospital!
Okay I'm sorry, but I definitely feel like most of these takes are just not it. I really don't like that the AG hospital doesn't have heads for the dolls of color but do for the white dolls. That is definitely problematic. But AG can't keep stock of every single doll ever made, otherwise they would still be selling them. I feel it's perfectly reasonable for them to retire the heads of the older TM dolls (they should retire them all equally and not just the DOC). Honestly, at this point they shouldn't be replacing a lot of the older GOTY and historical heads either. As for the permapanties and the eye issue, AG did own up to the fact that they were wrong and they did make up for it. I think it's ridiculous to expect them to replace every single doll with the issues for free forever. Especially when a lot of these dolls are now second hand. AG sold it to the og owner who didn't get it fixed, the warranty was for the og owner, not the next couple of owners. I also feel like you talked about issues solely from the pov of a collector and the reality is that AG isn't for collectors. These are play line dolls and kids generally don't care about that stuff. Most kids aren't desperately searching for number 15s hoping to get their heads replaced, usually they're wanting to get their newer, still produced dolls replaced. That still doesn't fix AG retiring mostly the DOC heads but still.
Completely see your take ! Thank you for watching❤️
I just sent Joeefina and a early JLY 7 and I'm surprised they had her head still since she's an older doll. They did take the full four weeks
I don’t think it’s intentional that they don’t have the heads for the earlier DOC but still have the white dolls’ heads. I mean, think about it, 11 is way more sought after by collectors than a boring old number 3. More people would have been sending in 11s for replacements over the years than 3s. Similarly, it’s way easier to destroy Cecile’s hair than Marie Grace since she has the ringlet curls. They just ran out. I could be wrong, obviously, but this seems way more likely to me than AG consciously deciding to stop replacing certain heads. Of course, that doesn’t mean it’s not disappointing for collectors, and the company is obviously not perfect, but I agree with your take, thanks for sharing.
@@strangelyliteral yeah I totally see where you're coming from. I don't want to think that AG is doing it on purpose either. I guess we would have to know how they run the hospital. Do they keep only a certain number of doll heads and once they're gone, that's it? I would have thought it smarter to keep with the demand and continue to produce to more sought after heads, at least to a certain amount of time. It's interesting to think about
@@strangelyliteral Exactly! I know in the last few years with Cecile's price going up, people are starting to buy up the well played with ones that parents got cheap and didn't care what happened to them. So they were getting sent into the hospital, so the hospital just simply ran out of the heads. I do regret not buying her, but I remember when they were practically giving her away, she was always on Jill's Steals and Deals, one year the benefit sale had a full pallet of her that they were selling for like $35 each. Same goes for #4. As the price goes up people find them cheep, send them into the hospital to either keep for themselves or to sell for the higher price.
I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. I’m going to send my 21 in for a head swap because her wig is horrible but I ended up removing the wig before I decided this. Will they still do the swap as long as I include the wig when I ship her?
I remember my dog chewed on my Josefina doll and we sent it to the hospital. My doll's hair was a mess when we sent her in and she came back with perfect hair, so I always kind of suspected they may have just given me a new a doll lmao.
I sent my American girl doll to the doll hospital. I think back in 2003 or four. I took the night gown, and I dressed up my cat with it. lol 😂😂😂
This isnt about american girl dolls, but it is about a big doll company. So when i was little I wanted a baby alive for my birthday so my mom was looking for one online and she said, "the white doll is more expencive than the black doll." and than i said "oh welll I dont really care wich one I just want a doll. like cmon baby alive
Well when it comes to pricing it could be that the white one is just more sought after and gets bought more so they raised the price on it, like not out of racism but as a business decision to make more money lol
POV:Your first doll is a mess and regret getting a doll so young
Great video! Very interesting.

Technically you can't even replace Addy properly, because (correct me if I'm wrong) AG has lightened the skintone.
Yes! They send the new skin tone!
Actually, they've darkened Addy's skin since the Beforever version.
If I have a bad stain on the face and do the first option, is it guaranteed it will come out? Or should I just do the second option?
I don't personally get why you cant get number 1 replaced. Thou the others its possible they just don't have the right materials to make the wigs.
I wish they had Marisol heads still im really sad i can't fix her.
i love these videos, keep it up please !!
you have to pay an additional $18 for the balloon now lol

I had bought a JLY4 a handful of years ago. She had silver eye and her hair had been hacked off and she was *still* over $100 without tax or shipping 😬 when I asked if he’d come down in price he said no and if she didn’t sell now he’d send her to the doll hospital…and that was after this video and everywhere said they were out of 4 heads 😅

I am not a collector and I am upset about with AG for this.
instead of saying I feel say I think . We used to think now everything is I feel use your words
I called them the other day to see if my my 11 can get a new head they they told me. They are in very low quantity
I want to see more dolls with disabilities and more historical dolls like how about they do Helen Keller or Anne Frank actually I think Rebecca Rubin looks identical to Anne Frank so I take that back and there's a lot of disability people like myself and hardworking people like yourself and myself and a lot of children poverty who want to own these dolls but because of the price take it's hard for them to get one
Same for me too. As I have a disability too.

Watching this when you’re in the future from when it was posted. Hopefully they haven’t gotten rid of the heads for Josefina , Kyle, or the girl of the year doll Marisol because I have all three of the heads are starting to come loose and hopefully they’re still selling arms for mollies because my my doll wants her arms. Her right arm is coming loose and don’t even get me going on my kids legs both of them as loses I’ve ever seen American called doll leg loose both of my soul loose. I’ve had my Molly have one or the other leg lose only one does two times over even then that was due to replay on my part not after not playing with them for several years and then putting them in a storage bin and leaving that storage bin and search unit for almost 5 years haven’t even touched mine and at least eight into five of those zero sitting tastefully in a storage bin in a storage unit until earlier today although it may have been yesterday depending on the time it is when I finish typing this and now I got to save up the money to start getting them fixed and I am low income and I know my parents ain’t going to help because they’re in moods right now I’ll be lucky if I get my first to my kitten, Molly fixed by a year from now with the way I have to save up money to do so if they even have a parts needed for both of the kids legs and my Molly‘s right arm before I can even think of the other threes heads
The Hopscotch Hill dolls limbs are nightmares I'm scared no bestie just no
We should learn how to make these dolls here in America and people should be able to make them in their home and then send them out I'm talking about the people who work in the factories to make the dolls
I have a great idea for you why don't you start your own business of fixing dolls and styling their hair and doing a hair salon for girls or everyone
Also I wish there was an eco-friendly way for the dolls to last a long time instead of 15 to 20 years so that they could be waterproof and some proof so you can travel with them and get rid of the metal that holds the eye socket in the doll and maybe replace it with like a resin background or something or what if the doll was made out of bamboo and vinyl because they have to deal with climate change somehow with the dolls that's just my opinion oh yeah I even think the dolls each line of the Dolls should have their own shampoo and conditioner recipe to maintain their hair and I also think maybe they should try new idea for the doll's hair like using human hair for the wigs just so that doesn't feel so oily when you play with the doll's hair
