Thanks Mike! It was really great to meet you and have you test the game. I apologize for my too frequent « heuhhh »: after two days of convention + the 15 hour drive to get there, my brain was a little spent! I hope you’ll still enjoy that interview. Merci!
My pleasure, Marc! Thanks for taking the time to do the interview, and you did great! Your passion for the game comes through great, and you explain things very well. I will reach out this weekend via email about a semi-related matter that might interest you!
Wow, this looks like it will be really good! BTW, what I would love to see some rules that would allow one to use a higher level game like a platoon level game such as Panzer grenadier to create scenarios that could be played at the squad level such as this and then the results imported back into the higher level game. Yes, I know that I could make up my own house rules but it would be cool if the game designers could devise these.
Yes, it took us a bit to get the core gameplay down but once we did things were very fluid to play. I think this one has the potential to be a lot of fun. :)

Fantastic interview. Thoroughly enjoyed it and you did a great job letting us know all the details. Cant wait
Always enjoy designer interviews as they bring a different perspective to the game and this looks a good one. Many thanks.
Thanks, I'm grateful to Marc for his time. He was awesome! :)
I love how he designs something that he'd want to play, not what other people want to play. I feel this would make the final product that much better.
Yes, I am taking notes. :)
Wonderful game, easy to learn and play from what I've seen from a prototype. Look forward to it being published.
Yes, it's still got a ways to go but it'll be fun to watch as this progresses.
Thank you for the solo question
My pleasure, I'll always ask that one. :)
Liking the look of this. Keep us informed on the progress.
Will do! :)
Definitely will get this.
I'm in the same boat, I love the premise of the game. Mid-level complexity armored combat with challenging decisions is a nice sweet spot. :)
Great interview from a great designer!
It was great getting to know him and visiting the Smithsonian together, fun times!
Great video, Bayonets&Tomahawks is such a good game. Rodrigue's new design definitely got my interest although I'm not a 'tactical' guy.
Thanks! It's a very interesting design, very much looking forward to following the development. :)
Thanks for this interview, this game ptoject seams to be interesting.
My pleasure, it's still got a ways to go before we'll see it but it's very promising. :)
Looks really interesting Marc!
Very curious to see what the final version looks like. :)

Thanks for the interview! I hadn't heard of this game. I hope to see a Boardgamegeek entry soon.
Yes, it's quite a bit off in the future, but the gameplay seems ready to go. :)
Abstracted infantry...hmmm. Having a solo mode is a plus for me. All in all, I'm interested.
It's definitely got some interesting concepts here. I'm interested to follow its development. :)
Good to hear some Canadian presence in the game
For sure!
Looks awesome!
And it's fun to play too. :)
Hmm… no mention of the game on publisher’s website, not even an entry on bgg. Never seen this before.
I've seen it a half dozen times or so, usually when the game is more than a year away or so, as is the case with this game. :)
Hey Nice work ,, we need this , thinks thanks 😈🕊️
Thanks!
Looks like Squad Leader.
Where can this game be purchased?
Nowhere yet, it's still got a year and a half in development. Eventually it'll be available from Nuts! Publishing, though. :)
@@ZillaBlitz Thanks for the info. How can I find out when it will be available?
@@pjt30 The Nuts! Publishing website should have information as the game moves along, and I'll probably mention it a few more times on the channel. :)
Zilla without a hat!??
Ha! Occasionally. :)
