Scrub Daddy as a company actually does a lot of good for small creators and community programs. I'd rather spend the extra few dollars to know my money is going to a good company, plus they last forever.
@Arginne Scrub Daddy is pretty easy to get clean compared to regular sponges. You can also just throw them in the dishwasher every once in awhile, which will give them that extra clean and sanitizes too.

The dupe looks thinner and smaller to me. And the real test is longevity because having to buy a new dupe every few weeks adds up especially if the scrub daddy last longer.
It doesn’t last as long as a scrub daddy. But it’s great to clean areas that you’d want to throw the sponge away anyways (bathrooms, trash cans, anything gross lol) that way you don’t have to throw away your good scrub daddy!
Brillo has been out for ages. Scrub daddy is a new company by like 5-7 years if I’m not mistaken. The small Brillo last forever and is stiffer when u run it under cold water and squishes great when it’s hot. Mines haven’t broke yet and it’s almost 3 years. I use it for my bathroom.
The Brillo dupe is honestly awful. It was falling apart after washing my dishes once. The Scrub Daddy lasts a long time and if I want to replace it with a new one, I can still use it elsewhere around the house before I feel that it needs to be recycled.

I honestly really like the “hair” that the sponge has. Sometimes I need an extra strength scrub like that. Also it’s good for getting into the crevices of my coffee cup lids.

They're just half the thickness so they cost less. The company wanted to make a more affordable option for people who needed it 😊 (The other brand is the same concept but a different shape and all that, and I believe it's been around longer but it's not the specific shape that scrub daddy has)
The smiley also makes it much easier to clean the bottom of glasses & stuff .. they also market the smile (mouth) as good for cleaning utensils but tbh I usually don’t use it that way. Thanks for the video!

I used to work in dollar tree and I can confirm that everything there is cheaply made in China. Every once and a while we’d get a rare product that was worth way more for than a dollar but those always sell out immediately and all the regular stuff is cheap child labor bs.
That’s what I use them for! They’re good at cleaning and since it’s cheap I don’t feel bad for throwing it away afterwards! I definitely recommend some of those along side your scrub daddy.

Honestly Scrub Daddy is a wholesome company, not to mention the founder seems like a great guy who put a lot effort, passion and faith to create his product from scratch, so his company totally deserves the success it has, i would prefer to support a company like this to be honest

I tried a scrub daddy in my bathroom. I've cleaned the tub with it four times now. The last two times I used it, little pieces of it were coming off. I don't understand how people say they last for months. Mine started breaking down in less than a month.

The scrub daddy peels off, the colored ones anyway. The colors begin to fall off in chunks. Will look for Brillo

I'll take the dupe. Inflation is making brand loyalty a thing of the past for me. We literally started raising chickens in our backyard due to the price of eggs. Our town council actually approved raising chickens, ducks, and turkeys within city limits due to egg prices being insane. Other than Campbell's Soup, Kraft Mac-N-Cheese, our freeze dried whole cat and dog foods, and Tide 🌊 Pods this Momma is all about quality dupes.
