      kevin just wants to make money at any cost, sometimes that means he knows a good business when he sees it. Here he had help: while he initially joined in on the mockery, the moment he saw Lori was serious about it he changed his tune real quick.
      Lori (and Mark to an extent) have niche knowledge of what makes products successful in their spheres.

    I tried using it after seeing in Shark Tank. My husband was laughing at me for buying it cuz it is much pricier than others. But after we used it for 6 months, it still was in good condition and didn’t look disgusting like other sponges. Now he is also loving it and we bought more. Genius product. Totally understand why this is so successful product.

      Yup! I swore it couldn’t be much different from other sponges for years. Never saw the episode. After watching it, hubby n I loved the wholesome energy of the guy so much we were like let’s just buy ONE. Now we call ourselves a strictly scrub daddy family😂 won’t use any other sponge

      it's honestly crazy to think how good this product actually is. I've only used scrub daddy for the past 2 years. It wasn't one of those gimmick products, in my experience, this thing actually does exactly what it was advertised to do.

      I think the fact that it's a product the general public can use regularly, also helped it become so successful. Yes it does cost more than a regular sponge, but at like $5, it's not outrageously expensive that the average person can't afford it.

    Having worked 3 retail jobs in different stores, i can say I have seen the scrub daddy in all of them consistently. The first time I actually saw one, I remember enjoying the feel of the material and being charmed by the simple but effective design. I genuinely believe that Scrub Daddy is a quality product and im glad to see the origin story unfold.

    This is a product you can proudly get behind. He literally had people from Germany making them at first. Saw the problems that was creating, and moved his manufacturing to the US creating more job opportunities. That's what we need to do. Become a made in the USA country once again and create work opportunities for our nation.

      guys this is a car product in germany we call it fliegenechwamm or look at any anti insect sponge in the US he had a car wash and bought these sponges from germany to put them into tools he made to clean cars and one day he used them to clean other stuff and saw how good they worked but and thats good for him these sponges don`t behave like a sponge they don`t take anything and they don`t last very long it`s the same product just a patent on design and use

      It’s better to get more equity for the same valuation if you think the business is going to do well but if you think your taking a risk then I guess it’s better to get less equity

      Yes but he didn’t get exactly why he asked for because 10 percent of a 700 million dollar company is 70 mil and 20 percent is 140 mil so he got 100k for 70mil. I don’t think that was his first offer

    I use one of their other products called the Scour Daddy. Best sponge I’ve ever used. The best part is it doesn’t start to stink like all the other sponges I’ve used. Also him telling Kevin “you’re out” was hilarious.
