We are known for lobsters, but Maine is actually the “Pine Tree State.” Also known as “Vacationland.” This course is literally on the side of the mountain - “Sugarloaf Mountain is a ski mountain located in Carrabassett Valley. It is the third highest peak in the state, after Mount Katahdin's Baxter and Hamlin peaks. Sugarloaf is flanked to the south by Spaulding Mountain. The northeast and west sides of Sugarloaf drain into the South Branch of the Carrabassett River, which flows into the Kennebec River, and into the Gulf of Maine.”

Pretty much a picture perfect example of Maine's weather this summer. I can't help but think that Madjack lower score was based off his play. Also you guys missed out on playing Belgrade Lakes. One of Maine's best courses.

I've hit deer 3 times in Wisconsin, and this is the time of the year...keep an eye out when you come here. Content is A1 as expected.

Blueberries are one of my favorite. Literally eat em EVERY day. Lately the grocery store has had these blueberries the size of your thumb! And there the best ones I've ever had!

It’s a true mountain course with no houses. Video doesn’t do it justice. The elevation changes and stream that runs through the course are unbelievable.
I played here a few weeks after y'all. Conditions were much better (dry), and I think the foliage would have kicked the rating up at least by a bit!

I played there a few years ago the first week of October and it was prime color change. Absolutely insane views in the fall foliage. Love that course and Maine.

Nice to see you boys in my neck of the woods “New England”! Mass Lad, but have done a lot of golf, skiing, and beaching in the Lobster State!
The Appalachian trail was a 10-minute drive and Carrabassett Valley has some awesome mountain biking which would have been awesome to see you guys try that also
I think the first couple of videos I watched on your channel you guys had off days. The more I watch, the more I realize that you guys are fuckin solid golfers. Two completely different styles too which makes it even more fun to watch.

Finally made it to the great state of Maine, my home state. Sugarloaf is a good course but I would have recommended samoset or the woodlands or Belgrade lakes. The only thing I don't like about Sugarloaf is I feel it takes the driver out of your hands. Shame the weather sucked but it's been a really wet summer and fall here in Maine. I hope you had a chance to eat some good seafood at least. I really enjoy your videos thank you for sharing.

I have actually played this course a few times, the views are amazing but you better have more than a sleeve or two of balls in your bag.
Being a avid golfer and Mainer sugarloaf is in our top 5 but probably not no one at this time but scenic and fun.
Sucks you guys had that weather playing there its a beautiful course in general but when the sun is out during the fall its just epic! I hope you guys hit the mountain course at spruce peak in vermont its like nothing you will ever see with the veiws!

For the Mountain courses Sugarloaf is nicer. Add Belgrade Lakes to any Maine must play list.

Black Bears are the mascot for UMaine.. safe to say there are plenty of them bears up there bub.
Looks like Cole got a 7, not 6 on hole 14. OB drive, drop 2, punch 3. 4th shot to fringe. 5th shot chip past the hole almost hitting the flag laying on the green. 6th stroke was a putt that missed. Tap in 7.
