Leftover maple yogurt can be repurposed for breakfast and topped with fruit and granola. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure kind of dessert.

For Christmas I literally asked for a "Molly apron" and my brother knew exactly what I meant. I love my Molly apron!

just a heads up this makes 4-6 servings. If you make it just like the recipe with whole milk yogurt, the calorie break down is 476 per serving when dividing into 4 servings or 317 per serving for 6. If you used non fat milk yogurt, its 466 for a cup of this (4 portions) and 311 for a cup (6 portions). Healthier than a cupcake, nutritionally. A standard homemade cupcake is about 350 cals.

even if you don’t have cashew milk at home, you can always add more cashews and substitute the milk with water to make cashew milk since that’s just what unsweetened plain cashew milk is anyways
