There's a lot of Chinese fake/3rd-party products circulating. They also copy the packaging, so you can only tell it's "fake" by the price most of the time (before buying). They even put "Roborock Offical" as some part of the store name, so it's pretty sneaky.
Thanks for your tips (again !). I wonder why I can't find official mopping cloth on Amazon France or in the french roborock store. (My machine is brand new so it's not a problem yet, but I'll ask them anyway)

Do you need to untangle your long hair often from the single brush in the revo? Could you tell how long the watertank of 80ml will last in Minutes or squaremeters approximately? Does the revo often return to the base while cleaning or mopping the whole appartement? Thank you :)
I do it every few weeks - the vacuum works fine even when the brush gets some hair tangled :D it’s super easy to detangle not like with the bristles brush

Can you use any detergent for mopping or do you really need the Roborock Cleaning Solution?
It’s not recommended to use other detergent in case they’re too harsh and could damage the internal parts of the robot
@@JuliaCaban Thank you for your video. I recently upgraded from a Roborock S5 Max to the Roborock Q Revo S, I got a good deal with a coupon, and I cannot wait to get it. You mentioned that adding detergent is not recommended. However, on the Roborock website I also purchased the Roborock Floor Cleaning Solution for Vacuum Mops. I cannot wait until I get this bot. Also, which app are you using for your Roborock? When I received my S5 Max in 2018 I had issues with the Roborock app, and I have been using mi Home for many years. Has the Roborock app improved?

I think i bought the same set on amazon that u did... had no issues ever with my little roborock and then about 2 weeks after i put the new mopping pads and filter in ( the cheap ones on amazon) i started having issues.. i never put the 2 together but now its making sense ! Thank u for sharing ❤
