I started the program this week to help me lean out and get back to my military days. This program is pure hell and I'm loving every second of it. I thought I was well conditioned, my humble pants are on now. Good stuff

I have a question, do you, or have you, developed any major imbalances using the mixed grip? Or do you switch hands often? I remember in some of your older videos that you would switch the supinated and pronated arm.
Is this plug N play to your programs? Currently on my 2nd round of PowerBuilder. The variation or option for the Conditioning set would be welcome, but I don't want to break what you have designed.
I love how anesthetics is totally secondary for you, but we're all here grinding our teeth with envy. How hard do you try to maintain the level of body fat you carry, or do you really try at all?

My only problems with these is with extreme OCD, it makes it a real struggle to count all the reps and things involved every 15 seconds.
