    Gotta tell ya, I bought the corona bodyweight workout book but never did it because my gym broke protocol and reopened like 2 days after. I started the program this week to help me lean out and get back to my military days. This program is pure hell and I'm loving every second of it. I thought I was well conditioned, my humble pants are on now. Good stuff

    My only problems with these is with extreme OCD, it makes it a real struggle to count all the reps and things involved every 15 seconds.

    Rest 15 seconds
    RDL/SLD 15 seconds
    15 seconds rest
    Zercher squat 15 seconds
    Zercher walks/holds/marches 15 seconds
    30 seconds rest

    BTW, curl grip rdls are great for keeping bar snug against legs, use straps and progress slowly, deadlift will surge

      2. This actually isn’t THAT bad for me. It looks worse than it feels and this happens to me EVERY single time I take my shirt off for any length of time in the summer. (At least 5+ times a year)

    I have a question, do you, or have you, developed any major imbalances using the mixed grip? Or do you switch hands often? I remember in some of your older videos that you would switch the supinated and pronated arm.
