The comments from the cadets, really move me Mr. Baton. Bless you and thank you, each one of you, for your majestic sight and sound. Now that I know, thank you to G.S.M. Stokes.O.B.E. ( Very much deserved, and how!!!) Thank you Mr. Baton.
Been looking forward to this. Really enjoyed last years coverage of the senior service, royal marine and army young wannabees marching down the mall. With the bands xylophones to the fore. No doubt some come from my nearby torpoint/raleigh contingent. Credit to all the youngsters involved and to all the adults who continue to give up their spare time to organise and keep the great tradition of military cadets alive
I was marching in that parade. It was a really long day as we woke up at 5am. Really proud of everyone who was in and helped with the organisation. BZ all 🙂
What a smart parade of young people, very well done to you all.( in contrast to the local constabulary, who looked like bags of rags tied up in the middle!).
As ex marine cadet this makes me so happy to see really thought the cadets was in a big decline due to things like covid and the way younger people seem to be but this great to see smart marching cadets and the band sounded great should all be proud 👌
