Thank you for sharing this spectacular performance ❤️❤️❤️
You're welcome, thank you.
The late Queen referred to them as her boys. They always did her proud.
Meanwhile just over the wall in Downing Street that very evening. The massed bands could be heard on the TV news coverage of the government resignations. Thanks for posting.
Nobody does it better. ❤🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

This is the first time that the Londons appear as companies of the Guards regiments. Interesting stuff.

Thank you.
Quelle splendide parade ! Merci pour cette video
Thought the choir was just going to walk/stroll off as they exited during the finale. But No! The choir Marched off, even forming ranks!! Why not, the March - Scotland the Brave - could make a man with a wooden leg march!!! Thanks for the posting.
You’re welcome, thank you.
Really enjoyed that. Thanks for uploading. Appreciated. 😊👍🎶
Thank you.
Fantastic video!
Thank you.
Would you please list the marches played here. Many thanks fom Canada
Thanks for posting. TBH it took a little while for me to get my bearings as I've never seen a performance at horseguards set up like that…
👍👍
Wonderful, MrBaton74..and what a perfect view you had. (Though perhaps not quite as good as the elegant-looking partyers in 0:42 to 1: 32 who had only to walk onto the terrace at the back of their building to see everything What are those buildings, anyway?)
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it. Not sure who works in those buildings, but the ones to the right as you look at them are the back of Downing Street, so I assume those offices are some government department, sorry I can't give a better answer, maybe someone else knows.
Playing queen at late queens house is a w win
It is a shame that you were not able to have better audio. For example the choir and the speaker. Who was the statue by the building on the horse?
The building was on the horse?oh dear, what a mess!
Just a pity it wasn't televised.
The BBC would never pay the performer in rights society they don’t think music is important enough
❤️💂🎵👑
Where dis the duke go as the march off happened?
42:46 Sweet Dreams
a great video; what day was this recorded?
It was recorded on the Thursday evening, 7th July.
Who took the salute I can’t quite see ?
It was the Duke of Kent.
TODAY TODAY AND NOT TOMORROW I WANT THIS LETTER RETURN B IN Red Colour.
Magnificent performance, thank you !!
Ditto!
Very enjoyable film. The excellent pipes and drums set, however, were all Irish tunes. Although they are fine pipe tunes they should have played Scots tunes for that section.
The pipes marched of to a scottish tune.
@@militaryevents107 They did and there were other Scots tunes during the evening - two during the Falklands sequence. I was referring to the Guards Regiments part. Absolutely nothing wrong with Irish pipe tunes but for the Scots Guards it should have been a Scots tune.
:-)
I WANT MY Alphabet Capital Letter B written in Red as it was before. CAN MY LETTER B return back to Red Letter please?
Ditto!
Especial
It seems singularly unwise to release smoke into the atmosphere when wind insstruments are being played!
HAVE THEY NOW SEEN THAT NOTHING CAN BE OR APPEAR WHERE IT HAS NEVER BEEN
I don’t want what ever your on , thanks🤪
Oh dear. I used to be in the guards. I must say the drill of the drum majors very tardy.
Drum major nearest camera marching looking around, the one next to him looked like he didn't know what was going on. Not good guys.
Agreed, shoddy, far too many mistakes. I think the whole show was under-rehearsed.
Doesn ‘t get the point of that firework spoiling the music….
