When an account is fresh, it can be limited to as few as 10 messages per day. You can use the free warm-up service to build your account reputation but it takes a while. You can read about it on their blog
I'd like to send a personal video into email 1 of all my emails - could you share how that could work with Gmass and its follow-ups? Normally, i have to copy and paste it into my email to make it a GIF - i don't want it to be a link text. If you understand what i mean.
I'm not sure of a way to embed it directly. If you had the link in your contact file and dropped it into the email copy, it should attach it to the bottom of the message. Bit of a different flow tho

@@HistoryBytesX1 It depends on the amount of email you're looking to send. Google is cracking down on warming services, you can read more about it here: www.gmass.co/blog/warmup-shutting-down/
There are a few things that can cause that. The content you're sending, the size of your list and the age of the account you're sending from are the top 3. If your message was low quality content, or contains spam trigger words then you're going to have an issue. Did you warm up the account before sending to a lot of emails? Account warming gets the system used to seeing large amounts of mail coming through that address. You can also read this article on the Gmass site: www.gmass.co/blog/spam-issue-our-fault/ They have many resources in their blog and FAQ, I suggest you look through them to try and diagnose your problem.
Rock .;... I am a gmass subscriber. I have an email ready to go to 600. Just realized I built the name list in the CC box, not the TO box. I am trying to copy the 600 in CC and move them to TO. Is this possible. Anyone I can call ... happy to pay consulting fee. Fred P.l

It uses an extension inside of chrome. I don't think there is a Firefox version. You'll need to use Chrome to have it work.
Can I use paid version of gmass with my personal email I'd without integrating with Google suite?
It should work with any gmail account.

Hey Marko - On free accounts, you're limited to 500 / day. If you have a Google Workspace account it increases to 2000.

I have not had that issue. But if you send messages that could be classified as spam, don't be surprised when it's marked as spam.

You can purchase a team plan that allows you to keep multiple accounts on one Gmass subscription

I'm not sure how that's possible. I'd recommend putting the emails in a Google Sheet and following the steps in the video to send via the list.
Do the column orders matter?
It shouldn't - since you're inserting the data with a placeholder, it will just take from the column you select no matter where it is in the sheet.

Depends on your business model. Just make sure you are complying with the law.

Replies will come to the Inbox of the gmail account that you used to send your Gmass message

GMASS support is horrible, they never respond. To cancel you must go to the credit card company you use to cancel. Other than that, GMASS is great.
