The Chocolate Line is an artisanal chocolate shop, founded in 1992 by Dominique Persoone and Fabienne De Staercke, with shops on the Simon Stevin Square in Bruges and in the Palace on the Meir in Antwerp. The Chocolate Line develops chocolates for many Michelin starred restaurants, is mentioned in the Michelin Guide, and is considered the number 1 in the world by national and international press.

The chocolate is made in Belgium but the cocoabeans are imported from many countries where they are grown.
