Here's another way to use the M-Vave MS-1 Wireless MIDI System. In this video, I used an android application called the MIDI Commander. It's an app that will turn your android phone to an actual MIDI Controller!
There are plenty of ways on how to use the MIDI Commander app lik Sysex (Custom MIDI Message), Program Change (Preset Scroll), Control Change (Parameter Control) and many more. In this video, I only used the Program Change function.

Yes Sire! There is a CC function (Control Change). We can set a specific function to he controlled, for example, the on/off switch, tap tempo and etc. Im not yet familiar with the midi map, I will do my homework first, then lets have another demo again..thanks for watching.

Hi, I an not associate my phone with the Bluetooth MidiA adaptator. Did you have any issue on your side ?
I didnt have any. But others say that you need to turn on the location pin of your CP.

I just have put backup files in new phone midi commander folder by PC . Midi commander on new phone sees only his backup, not new backup i put in.
Will this work without using 9v psu? I'm currently using the usb cable to power the ms70cdr.
Yes we can do that. But it depends on the USB cable if it can power up and midi control at the same time.
My setup doesn't work if I only use a USB Cable for the power and midi message. Hope this helps

Do you know if the Chocolate pedal works with Midi Commander ?
I havent tried that. I think its not ideal. The midi commander and mvave chocolate are both midi controller. They are the ones who control the slave device.

I downloaded midi commander, tried what you did in this video but when i tried to connect my zoom ms70cdr via bluetooth, at first it got connected, then it reconnected thrice then it showed no device. :(

Sorry for the late reply.. The application / the Cube Suite App is downloadable at Cuvave's website.. M-Vave is the latest name of Cuvave. But the website is still named Cuvave. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Oh sorry man. But I think you got this video wrong. I didnt used the mvave chocolate here. What I only used was my android phone, M-Vave Ms-1 receiver and the zoom cdr70. Basically, the midi was sent from android phone (via bluetooth). To to the ms-1 receiver (which is connected to cdr70)..

We can do that. However, we need to know what is the CC Value of Tap Tempo for the Zoom Cdr70. Otherwise, we cannot utilize the tap tempo.

Wala po kasi akong g3xn. Kaya di ko din masabi...pero, kung midi supported ang g3xn, gagana to. Kasi, regular midi lang din naman to Sir. Nataon lang na wireless sya. Then, instead na actual midi controller, naging midi app ang gamit ko. They work the same. Nataon lang na app itong midi controller ko, hindi actual.. hehe
Can the app learn midi from external midi footswitch ?midi footswitch is master and the app is slave
Thanks for watching. I think its not possible. The midi controller app is the master, basically, it replaces our actual midi controller pedal.
