I try to be fair and objective as possible. I look what is best for the realm and the greens are the best option since they have been running the kingdom the last 6 years with no major faults. Also the team black fandom annoys the hell out of me when it comes to rhaenyra and daemon and their double standards.
Its because she judges Rhaenyra and calls out her faults and rt fans dont like that. In modern eyes people believe rt can do no wrong like they see that their is no problem with rt having bastards and sleeping around and never be in king landing. While Alicent is a religious judgy women and for some reason people find her a hypocrite. Its really all about modern western culture on what is acceptable and what is acceptable to hate. Religious women with standards judging people is ok to hate now in days and women who sleep around, have kids out of wedlock, and i can do whatever i want is a lifestyle that is portrayed to be awesome........
@@jjosifovic I believe he did it primarily to gain the favor of Alicent, or to blackmail her, because with Lyonel's death, Otto regained his position as hand, which only benefited Alibabe. Either way, Larys is the goat, he knows how to play the game, and as a wise man once said 'if you worry about stepping on some ants, you won't be able to walk'
@@jjosifovic Neither, really. Yes, I'm rooting for black, (mainly because Aegon should not be king) but of all the big players I sympathize with Alicent the most. There are shitty people on both sides. One of the things I love most about this show is that there are (close to) no purely good characters. Everybody is gray to some extent. I disagree. Alicent is the most selfish and evil of them all. She raised her children with the mindset to hate Rhaenera and she groomed Aemond to go and be a complete psycho. Also fucked the King in order to put her family in a high place in the kingdom, and made up the whole story about Aegon being elevated by his father. She started all of this. The other evils were just vulturing around.
No she didnt raised her kids to hate rhaenyra she raised them knowing that they r a threat or challenge to Rhaenyra reign WHICH THEY WERE. N no she didnt f the king to put her family she did what her father ordered her to do SHE DIDNT WANT IT. N she didnt make up the story about aegon she thought she honestly heard king v last wishes. Who started this? So u blame alicent soley? Not OTTO who forced her into the position and started the rift, not RHAENYRA who constantly didnt care about the rules and created a SUCCESSION CRISIS by having bastards which is high treason that ENDANGERS alicent kids lives as well. Not king v who changed the succession laws by naming a girl heir knowing that this was a kingdom that rejected a female heir like 15 years years ago. NOT King V who didnt trained rhanyra, who decided to remarry, who ignored all his children and favored one, who never disciplined rhaenyra, who rehired otto, who didnt disinherit rhaenyra after 3 bastards, who still had rhaenyra as HEIR AFTER SHE MARRIED THE MAN WHO WAS DEOUNCED AS HEIR IN THE FIRST PLACE? How is alicent the most selfish, the most evil, n the one most responsible? Be honest my dude look at the situation as a whole. If u really want to look at evil that is king v, otto, and daemon.
