Fields is best suited QB for Steelers personnel. Fields is way better than Russel Wilson is rn in their careers. Fields can make anything happen on any play. He reminds me of a Faster version of a young Big Ben. We are going to need JF later in season also vs KC PHI BAL BENG Bills etc.. teams that will score at least 20 no matter what. Steelers will need to score in RZ 70% of time. JF will use shotgun and freestyle or RPO to move chains. Wilson is a pocket QB now compared to JF. Wilson was young when he won SB behind one of best Defenses ever for over a decade. Big Ben had AB Bell Bryant Wallace Sanders etc. w Top 3 OL in NFL an #1 O in NFL and still couldnt win playoff games . So you have to have a open mind and be optimistic for a Great season . JF will leads us to wins on Offense. However Wilson is only a backup in case JF gets hurt. We dont have personnel on WR room to go w a pocket QB who will see pressure and double coverage of Pickens . So you will be stuck in pocket taking sacks . JF will move forward.
Fields is also 6’3 and can see down the middle of the field better than Russ and just the escapability is way above Russ, Russ woulda been sacked a lot last week, less time of possession, leading to more punts & more work on the defens. Justin is helping a lot even when not scoring bc he’s also killing the clock but would score more if it wasn’t for the penalties in both games
If the offensive line stop with holding calls when we move the ball down in the red zone we would be good. We just need to stop with bone head offensive penalties.

Jones has been bad of lately and Dan Moore is putting up an amazing fight to not give up his spot. At this point I don’t see him starting on this line other than the reason he’s younger and is a 1st round pick. He hasn’t outplayed anyone to demand a starting spot. Only got it last year because Coach was looking for any reason to get him out there.
People don't like Moore because he shares a draft class with Kendrick Green. Puts a bad taste in their mouth that they've never gotten rid of. Dude could play like an all pro and people would still want him out of here. I've come to the conclusion that 90% or more of fans are clueless and let their emotions do the decision making.
I will say though that I disagree on last year. Chuks was playing so poorly we had to replace him.
I think Fields buys the next week by winning, but in order for Fields to get multiple weeks of assurance he needs to be the reason they win one
i said it after the win in Denver. if Russ doesnt start this week and Fields starts and wins against the Chargers, he will remain the starter. just as Rudolph did last season. Tomlin will again stick with the hot hand so to speak. definitely not a long leash though.

Thielen is decent but we do not need another slot wr. We need a big outside wr that could be a #1 if (God forbid) GP goes down. Heard D Hop might be an option if the Titans keep losing 👀
