You should try starting with RUclips. There is a lot of dance tutorials. I'm so sorry that you can't afford dance classes I have been in your situation before.
People do live classes on insta,TikTok,twitch and other apps where you can learn there is also many free ballet live classes on RUclips I know that the royal ballet school does/did live ones but you can learn anywhere and once you get good you can try and get scholarships for company’s or something like that
