He does look good. But he plays on the left. So is he better than Guhle or Hutson? Is he the type of D you put on the 3rd pairing? I think the best for the Habs would be to package him to trade for a right handed D to play with Guhle. (Assuming Reinbacher will develop into Hutson's D partner)
Guhle can play on the right side, they could still be paired together. He definitely seems like the type of player that ends up turning into a stud after being traded
Dobes has toned it down, I have some old vids of him in the USHL, he would lose his temper a decent amount of the time. He does not like to get bumped into.

They hopefully leave him to cook in Laval, he needs to work on getting stronger, adding mass, no need to rush him.
Beck may even turn out to be a 2C, his skating and hands are already pro level.
