For the last problem, I put the numbers into the equation into my calculator exactly as you wrote it several times and I keep getting 0.005212 for k2, which is not what you have. Is there some kind of calculator pitfall I'm missing here?

The only confusing part is that "A" is used as the concentration of the first reactant, and also as the frequency factor.
A is concentration in the rate of the reaction, while A in the Arrhenius equation is frequency factor
