You can always make it.
The basic recipie is just:
- rice flour (you can try all purpose but it might make the dango tougher. Rice flour is a lot softer)
- water
- anything you want for filling or making the dango sweeter.
A Everything Girl XD you can do dangos very easy. Just look a tutorial in youtube
Dango is a nice treat you can make it homemade too

As much as I hate what sas Did, it's not so much her action itself as what it stands for in the bigger picture. For her, it was simply her not liking a content creator who used her content as a springboard and attempting to take it down, which goes against fair use, but can be forgivable as long as justice is served in the end. However the fact that this takedown was accept and rolled out by RUclips could be, and already is in some places, a dangerous stepping stone towards mass censorship and takedowns of parody and fan work. If a channel is sufficiently large, RUclips will often not question an attempt at a takedown, and this lack of consideration from the higher ups of this website could have much bigger connotations than a simple bit of RUclips drama.
