Rather than the work of an additional channel I like you interspersing a cooking segment here and there. They are interesting and inspire me to do more even if it is just for myself. And then there is the aspect of you and da woof tromping around in the snow. Yup, inspiration.

I think its fine to include the cooking on this channel. No one should complain about sponsors your channel is always full of great content so if it helps get the girl in the woods its a good deal. I cant wait for your log cabin build, some good outdoor cooking and your camping trips. Perfect combination.

As so many have said already, Brooke ... you've always put such awesome content out on GITW, so the question of "sponsors" is really a moot point. Go for it! You deserve a break as well, so adding cooking segments to this channel seems way better than a completely new channel. I would much rather you have sponsors than have to listen to you on each video telling us that if we want to see more of your video, then we must go to the Patreon channel, pay whatever we choose and then we get to see more of the video. Sponsorship would be much easier to watch than the other.

@@simplyrik1496 : at 98 , I camp and use small camper with my little dog. I would never go camping without taking my Glock 10MM. I'm train to use and CCW license in my state of California. This whole episode was beautiful and relaxing to watch. Maisie sure is a good pal. This episode was indeed full of magic. I agree with the others...mixing the lifestyle/cooking content with this channel sounds more fun than keeping two channels.

I would be happy with an outdoor cooking show. I'm a girl who is nuts about Shawn James's outdoor kitchen! 😂I've always loved to cook over a fire and new ideas would be awesome. So, if you can find the time I would definitely follow it. I don't care about the sponsors. You guys deserve to get paid. Seriously, since we've discovered U tube and channels like yours we actually feel we have something worth watching and we appreciate it. I loved the candles. Girl in the Woods
My favorite backpack. I had one for many years and even after the canvas bag got so old it wasn't usable anymore, I still kept the wooden frame for years. They're great for tying things onto. I would tie a 5 gallon water jug to it to pack my drinking water. --- I don't think I've ever seen a raven in the wild. But it seems no matter where I go turkey vulture follow. One time living in the mountains out hiking it got real quiet. I looked up and there were about 50 vultures in the trees above me, all staring down at me. That was a little freaky. Here where I live now, down in the valley, there are at least 30 of them living in the trees. Whenever I go for a walk in the day they follow me and swoop down toward me. They really are a lot of fun to watch in windy weather as they play in the wind. I hope that doesn't mean they are my spirit bird! --- As much cooking as you already do on this channel I'm not sure why you need a second channel. It fits fine right here on this one.

From what I've read you don't normally find Crow and Raven in the same areas. We have Crow here. Looking at habitat maps it seems about half of California has Ravens and half doesn't, including the area where I am. It does seem unlikely that I've never seen one though. I've probably seen them and just assumed they were Crow.
Combining cooking, camping and shelter is awesome. You don't need to over extend yourself to be interesting. You are FABULOUS!!
