Even after that, he wants to go home with Clem. But if you let Violet get taken, she cusses out Clem. She got angry and calls Clem a bunch of stuff, even if she was all in one piece, plus it'll be easier for her to recover. This just shows how different Louis and Violet are.
if you save Louis, Violet is sad. it was obviously not Clem's fault, but she trusted Clementine. she was abandoned by her family, her friends and the people who worked at the school ... Violet was already badly hurt psychologically, and that only made her worse. Besides, on the beach she says she wanted to talk about the things she said in the cell and on the boat, and in the end they are best friends again. Vi saw Clem sort of leaving her, and considered it a bad thing, even if it was to save Louis. She was not sad because Clem saved Louis, but because she found herself being abandoned again, and this time by the person she really trusted after some time. Violet didn't want to help get off the boat because she didn't want anyone else to die, MAINLY CLEMENTINE and Minnie. yes, they are different people. but Violet was also hurt. Don't treat the situation as if you were going to do it differently!

I think it was because Louis kept telling Aasim and Omar not to give up. And that Clementine would save them. Not because he was talking too much. It was WHAT he was saying, NOT how much. Later we see how little it takes for Lilly to send Dorian to cut off their finger.
I’ve been Team Louis since I first saw him and Clem together. Don’t get me wrong, I do really like Violet, but Louis just gives the whole group joy, and without his tongue? How can he do that. I mean he managed an almost audible “uh-uh” when you said to make them pay but without Louis’s voice, Louis isn’t Louis.

I like Louis. I also liked Violet a little from episode 2 when she stood up for Clem and AJ but I’ve really come to dislike her in this episode. She has her reasons for feeling betrayed, but Clem not helping her is a little different to putting others lives at risk over it. Louis is still happy to see Clem regardless of if he gets saved or not, but has his tongue removed if he isn’t. So I also prefer the save Louis outcome. And I’m glad I picked it in my initial playthrough.
If you save Louis then violet won’t get her tounge cut off instead she sits there ANGRY at clementine but Louis gets his finger cut off well depends if you let AJ take the risk he gets kicked and a scar goes on ajs face and Louis will be completely fine

You know i still have a feeling that either Louis or Violet might have a determinant death in episode 4,because after all the episodes end credits say that they are both MIA which means until episode 4 is released we won't know if either one or both of them managed to get off the boat before it blew up,i mean i don't want either of them to die but still a determinant death in episode 4 is always a possibility.
Orion's Arrow Which is total bullshit. I rather save Louis and lose violet (although I’m pretty sure she’ll get around, realizing Clem really can’t be blamed for making either choices) than to see Louis in that state.
Seriously though. I went pacifist my first playthrough because that's what James wanted (I was doing everything for James basically). I got the ending where James dies. Then I found out that they would have cut out Louis's tongue (even though I had saved them) and I went back through it and killed all of the raiders that I could, including Lilly.
@@bmgoslayergames9534 James didn't want AJ to become a killer, so you have the choice at the end when she has a knife in her leg to let her surrender. If you let her surrender, she kills James while he's taking the gun from AJ.
I was depressed about this for a whole day and now im mega depressed again 🤠 it absolutely broke my heart. especially when he still tried smiling at clem. he is literally the sweetest thing im gonna go cry now.

I was so shocked when this happed at my playthrough! What they did to Louis was so horrible! Louis, who never keeps his mouth shut, who always makes silly jokes and loves singing and this is what they did to him! He was just a kid! If he lost an arm or a leg, he could have replaced it with a crutch or some sort of plastic arm or whatever, but his tongue, his voice, his ability to talk, that can never be replaced, he will never be able to talk and sing again, he completely lost a part of himself, physically and mentally! He was still a child! This is so messed up!
Okay...Vi and Lou are really great characters and really great in these DIFFERENT THINGS BECAUSE OF THEIR PERSONALITY. Vi: great for defense taking lead when needed and will knock heads together. She is protective but just will let her emotions get the best of her. Lou: great in keeping the mood light and keeping people sane. Protective and very loving at first meet. Will joke to cheer you up. They both are really great characters! And with each great character they have flaws! That is what makes them so great. Louis is that he jokes around too much coming from a rich family. He hasn't had experience in these kind of things but he is much better than anything you would expect coming from a rich kid. Vi has really really bad abandonment issues and will protect people that hurt her. But these flaws are what make them human. No one is fucking perfect. Louis did not deserve to get his fucking tongue cut out and vi did not deserve the hate. I can see why Vi got hate because she got off easy and stuff but imagine the mental trauma that is going through her? It is traumatic for everyone but how they deal with it is how they become the people they are.
I know neither of them deserve what they got... but.... I still will go with Louis, that is probably because personal preference though I prefer someone who lightens the mood over someone who makes me feel depressed/bored at first... even if they come around later So yeah it mostly comes down to preferences and who you like... and I guess how you look at it and your morals, some people see Louises torture as way worse than Vi’s betrayal while others see it the other way around All in all we should just except everyone’s point of view (Even if I hate Vi)

Went for Violet but quickly realized she was stale and decided to save Lious because he is a good guy. Violet now hates me for it, but if you saved her and Lious was caught then this happens, which shows he wasn't backing down, he wasn't a passive cunt like Violet. So the choice for me is Lious, a true survivor, Violet is a selfish coward.

Well.. if I had to choose between Louis or Vi, I'd choose Louis. 1. AJ Killed Marlon but Louis seems to forgive AJ and doesn't mind the loss of his best friend he knew for a long time. Yet, yes, Louis looked hurt when Marlon died. 2. You have to choose who to save when Vi and Louis are attacked, if you let Vi get taken away, she hates you, but if you think about it.. She has history with her other girlfriend, Minnie. So if you kiss her and let her go with you to save the rest of the members, Vi may save you but she doesn't leave Minnie. (When you abandon Vi) if you abandon Vi, you see that she is not harmed but she dislikes you. If she's not harmed then maybe that's because..Vi lost hope in escapeing so she doesn't fight back, or, Minnie defended her since they were in a relationship, or, she just never wants to talk to you or go back with you to the school so she didn't speak until you asked her what was wrong. Louis on the other hand, you let him get taken, you should remember, he talks so much back at the school that he had a reason to get his tounge get cut off as one of the members say, 'he talked too much'. So Louis probably kept talking about the Raiders letting them go. Also, he seems grateful that you come to rescue them so he gives you a hug unlike Vi.. Don't you think Louis should be taken after all the pain you put him through ?

Seriously though. I went pacifist my first playthrough because that's what James wanted (I was doing everything for James basically). I got the ending where James dies. Then I found out that they would have cut out Louis's tongue (even though I had saved them) and I went back through it and killed all of the raiders that I could, including Lilly.

I was so shocked when this happed at my playthrough! What they did to Louis was so horrible! Louis, who never keeps his mouth shut, who always makes silly jokes and loves singing and this is what they did to him! He was just a kid! If he lost an arm or a leg, he could have replaced it with a crutch or some sort of plastic arm or whatever, but his tongue, his voice, his ability to talk, that can never be replaced, he will never be able to talk and sing again, he completely lost a part of himself, physically and mentally! He was still a child! This is so messed up!

Okay...Vi and Lou are really great characters and really great in these DIFFERENT THINGS BECAUSE OF THEIR PERSONALITY.
Vi: great for defense taking lead when needed and will knock heads together. She is protective but just will let her emotions get the best of her.
Lou: great in keeping the mood light and keeping people sane. Protective and very loving at first meet. Will joke to cheer you up.
They both are really great characters! And with each great character they have flaws! That is what makes them so great. Louis is that he jokes around too much coming from a rich family. He hasn't had experience in these kind of things but he is much better than anything you would expect coming from a rich kid. Vi has really really bad abandonment issues and will protect people that hurt her.
But these flaws are what make them human. No one is fucking perfect. Louis did not deserve to get his fucking tongue cut out and vi did not deserve the hate. I can see why Vi got hate because she got off easy and stuff but imagine the mental trauma that is going through her? It is traumatic for everyone but how they deal with it is how they become the people they are.
I know neither of them deserve what they got... but.... I still will go with Louis, that is probably because personal preference though I prefer someone who lightens the mood over someone who makes me feel depressed/bored at first... even if they come around later
So yeah it mostly comes down to preferences and who you like... and I guess how you look at it and your morals, some people see Louises torture as way worse than Vi’s betrayal while others see it the other way around
All in all we should just except everyone’s point of view

Went for Violet but quickly realized she was stale and decided to save Lious because he is a good guy. Well.. if I had to choose between Louis or Vi, I'd choose Louis.
1. AJ Killed Marlon but Louis seems to forgive AJ and doesn't mind the loss of his best friend he knew for a long time. Yet, yes, Louis looked hurt when Marlon died.
2. You have to choose who to save when Vi and Louis are attacked, if you let Vi get taken away, she hates you, but if you think about it.. She has history with her other girlfriend, Minnie. So if you kiss her and let her go with you to save the rest of the members, Vi may save you but she doesn't leave Minnie. (When you abandon Vi) if you abandon Vi, you see that she is not harmed but she dislikes you. If she's not harmed then maybe that's because..Vi lost hope in escapeing so she doesn't fight back, or, Minnie defended her since they were in a relationship, or, she just never wants to talk to you or go back with you to the school so she didn't speak until you asked her what was wrong.
Louis on the other hand, you let him get taken, you should remember, he talks so much back at the school that he had a reason to get his tounge get cut off as one of the members say, 'he talked too much'. So Louis probably kept talking about the Raiders letting them go. Also, he seems grateful that you come to rescue them so he gives you a hug unlike Vi..
