in theory no, not unless they make it their home xbox. i set my xbox as my lil bros "home xbox" so i can play all his games and he can still play his stuff at the same time.

@@avionadamfab All game saves are based on the account. When you sign into your profile (If your brother is Brother1 then you are Brother2, for example) the games you play save just for that profile. It won’t impact his saves. Just make sure you don’t forget to change profiles.
Not sure if anyone can confirm, but I’m having troubles trying to game share for my gf acount will this allow for her to play my games on her acount, so she can play my games with me?
so a second account that does not have Ultimate cannot download games? It must be downloaded/installed from the home xbox account first? Also it appears that Cloud gaming does not work with the second account.

You have to keep the account that owns the game as the home xbox. The feature was originally intended to be used for families with multiple accounts on a singular xbox, the community has since been using it to gameshare instead.

I would purchase it on my most used console and I'm pretty sure the purchase goes to the profile no matter what console you buy it on.
