arent the tomo boards basically like the new firewire vanguard and vader boards in concept
Out of these shapers Meyerhoffer is the only one with some balls. His boards might be good or they might be bad, I don't know. It's his way of thinking and experimenting, we need more of that!
His boards are awesome! I have three of his boards, including the one featured here and they are great boards. My longboard is fantastic and the slip in is a great board for tubes
i am 15 love surfing but i couldn't buy a new surfboard because it cost too much money and one day im riding my bike and suddenly i found an old surfboard fiber glass board all most destroyed from 2004 and i took it home done epoxy, foam filing and more and one day i thought i LOVE black surfboard why not to make a carbon fieber surfboard, carbon is 10 times stronger then steel so iv'e done it and it just beautiful im in love with it im going every day to the beach

It breaks shallow, at 3:44 you can see a school of fish squeezing between the reef and the breaking wave.
Sickest little series. I couldn't wait for these episodes to come out!

Meyerhoffer on the list... really short longboard with that narrow tail, could help glue it down and let the wave prevent pitching hard.
I can't quite tolerate longboards, but this looks like the ultimate crowded trestles cheater to really upset the lineup of longboards and still have a great time.
Wish I knew firsthand about how well it corked for a launch, I like dropping late without paddling. Paddling is for getting back out, not catching waves. *IMHO lmao* It should be fine with that narrow profile, that should let forward mass get deeper without drag when you're launched out onto the face.
i would love to try those boards

The tip or point on a short board does nothing for performance, shapers just do that to make the board symmetrical.
They could do a 100 of these videos. From the 50s to the 90s every year had a new breakthrough.
