As someone who just plays a custom normal mode, i had a set rule of only using highway tires or chains when needed until lvl 23. Oh boy was that fun on the later game maps.

just started watching. enjoying your problem solving. question most other playthroughs go out of there way to not pay for gas. from the prices I don't see an issue if you r passing by you can buy a few gallons to get you to a tanker. do you find it worth it paying for gas sometimes or do you wish you didnt?

Because fuel is not free in hard mode, we do tend to try and avoid buying it. Especially on later maps where the price can go up to $8/L. I do buy fuel, but I only buy it from stations selling at $2/L. 😊

@@AtlayGaming good to know! 8 per L is pricey. Good to know that you can buy gas here and there and no loose. The few hard play through i seen. Never buy gas. They move the in game gas trailers. And move gas around. They gave me the perception that if you buy it you would loose.

I am playing in New game + with custom rules and it is hard starting fresh again

Ah, yeah it is hard to start over. Those early maps can get old if you've done them a few times. If you have all the DLC's I'd start with Phase 8 or 9, neither seem to require late game trucks really. 😊👍🏼

I sold my gmc on hard mode as I found it pretty useless sold most trailers I seen for money

Sell trailers is impossible in hard mode ? What u mean ? Or u play normal ?

GMC just needs a tire upgrade and then it can torque through most obstacles. It's a great low-saddle hauler, and I often press it into service to move the Service Trailers.
