The desync on hp and buttons makes it tougher for practical use.

@@theguardians7779 I'd assume on second/third characters? Honestly idk because I've never tried to pick up a blessing on those characters during campaign.

@@jefftraboulsy8631 I had it happen in campaign but it must be active through some other method, Taking Phaelanx to 1/8th and killing them almost and seeing their health reset to full was not a rare sight, it got annoying fast

This had me so livid week 1 I kept having to redo certain cysts over and over and couldn't even access some of them.
Bro, I've been doing this on accident and wondering why Lost Sectors weren't progressing, only to see the enemies constantly respawn and ignore me. Dying fixes it, by the way. Thanks for uncovering that mystery!
Probably cus dying removes the travelers blessing buff. Kinda funny how having the buff makes Traveler’s enemies treat you as friendly

hey Cheese my friends discovered something that is really buggy. on witness for the encounter starts wait 3 seconds jump down in the middle to go to puzzle encounter go all the way down the tree and crown splitter down the grav lift to get into previous room. once your in previous room die let your friend revive you then run all the way back up the tree to the witness and his loot will be there when you restart the encounter, i don't know why this is a thing but it was accidently discovered further and expanded upon.

@@BarderBetterFasterStronger how so the 3seconds is the max b4 the death barrior spawns and the joining allies disappears which lets you traverse the previous encounter. with an agressive sword frame you can go down the elevator to the bottom.

this happened to me by accident before, in the lost sector with the hive wells
what essentially happens is that you are put on the same TEAM as the enemies, they DO see you, but you are seen as an ALLIED entity.
what supports this theory is that I was able to be killed by my own Bleak Watcher, and I couldn't harm the crystals with my weapons, only abilities

Been wondering what was causing this, each time I went to a Cyst after doing Overthrow this happened and was just sitting there waiting thinking it was server instability.
Ugh, this happened to me all the time. It’s a purely detrimental bug because you cannot progress quests at all. Glad to know why it’s happening now.

There is one major problem though.
I had this happen to me earlier today while doing the "Queens, Part 2" quest. At the 2nd encounter, enemies attacked me normally, but later on you have to interact with 3 light cracks in the environment.
Interacting did not work, and the game soft locked. Had to restart the mission.
Happened to me a lot first week until I figured out it was the hand buff causing it. It’s more aggravating than anything else because it means the buffs are only usable in Overthrow and not Cysts
Yeah I didn’t post this glitch for a reason, it’s been around since the launch of final shape after all. It just breaks the experience you can’t use it to your advantage. This is not a cheese at all, it actively hurts you.

I noticed this but it's honestly more annoying than useful, particularly due to nothing in the Pale Heart honestly being scaled too hard to warrant it.
It totally fucks up trying to do Cysts which is one of the only places this would actually be any use. The Traveler bird won't fly to the cyst and I don't believe you can actually start them when this is happening...which is really annoying with all of the Alone in the Dark quests if you get a blessing while doing the part that requires Overthrow chests to progress before sending you to a Cyst for the next step.
prismatic hunter with combo blow. if you have a traveller buff in ANY lost sector (doesn't have to be a different area that where you got the buff). The crystals take heaps of time to kill and your combo blow stops working (can't trigger it)
Been doing this since start of DLC just by activating hands and running around; none of that crap in the menu. Thought it was a random blessing to non aggro enemies. Eh.. It's pretty much worthless.
This is really weird. From my understanding the weapon buffs and ammo drops are connected to enemy aggression which is an odd way of programming. Why connect player functionality to enemy ai scripting it just sounds like they're asking for it to break.
This glitch was a detriment to me the first week, I was wondering why the enemies kept bugging out until I found out it was bc of the traveler’s blessing so I’ve just stopped getting the buff entirely.
I have had this happen to me on and off like 10 times since the expansion came out and I never knew why. It makes it so any objectives you do or anything don’t actually count so it’s actually worse and really annoying when it happens. You can reset it by leaving the area or fast traveling
Ya I knew about this. Practically useless. It was annoying because I had no idea why some of my quests weren't progressing for cysts during the first week lol.
Ahhh So that's what was happening to me, I was why is incandescent not working and why are enemies not shooting at me 😂😂😂 it happened more than a couple of times as well. I thought I was having connection issues, since that's usually what happens whenever my Internet is acting up.
You also can't progress objectives if you're the only one in the area. The game treats you as not even there, that's why I think you don't get ammo drops and can't progress, etc.
These public events and certain buffs have always caused issues like this previously. I remember doing the Savathuns Song one on Titan if you got the seasonal public event buff from I believe holding onto motes.

I kept doing this on accident and thinking my game was broken because some of the stuff would bug out like in the lost sector where you need to break the crystals, it wouldnt give me the buff and even though it showed me there was no shield, it was immune so i couldnt progress
Something like this happened to me in Crotas End the other day. We were wiping on deathsinger so I just stood where Crota spawns and started emoting. Whilst everyone else was dying all enemies ignored me until I got up to their face
This has been a thing since release. I stopped using the blessing because you can’t shoot crystals to progress certain overthrows with this bug. Hope it gets fixed, it’s ass.
I was wondering how this happened to me. I got it while doing the campaign, but not actually in a mission, I think. One of those times where it has you traverse the world to get to the next mission? Not sure, it was the area where you start dual destiny.
Same thing with pale heart sliding solar forward mod that last 20hours it gives unintended crazy blast damage outside paleheart
Literally did this so much by accident. Thought it was lag because it softlocked some lost sectors temporarily

I had this happen to me when I was doing a mission for the ghost it was so annoying I had to wait to so I could go transcendent to kill a night to go to the next room

I got this multiple times and I thought it was just because of my internet or something
kinda reminds me of an old glitch in the cosmodrome where if you pick up a hive sword relic then run to another zone enemy will not see you till sword is dropped or runs out.
This also bugs out cysts, the birds dont move and you cant open the doors to enter. There is no use.

Yeah did this on accident a few days ago. You ironically can’t progress the lost sector used as background footage because you can’t break the pyramid scales for some reason
So this is why enemy werent attacking me in luzaku lost sector. I repeated that thinking it wont progress khvostov quest fk me.

I had this happen a couple times by accident when doing a pathfinder objective. The enemies just stood there dying until the boss came out. The boss noticed me and then everyone else did. My timer must have run out right then. lol

I think excision doesn’t carry the buff over. But if it did, someone could join mid-event and kill everything for you

I had this yesterday in the corrupted strike. I thought it was just the game having issues as someone left and someone else rejoined as we were passing through load zones. Don't know if that is the trigger for a consistent god mode in strikes?
leaving or joining players block progression. I've never seen enemies ignore players, but you cannot complete objectives or trigger checkpoints.
This is an issue with the game and has existed since D1
@@looksnormal yeah, the instance usually sorts itself out once the joining player has landed. But the enemies continued to ignore me all the way through. The mission objectives were progressing like normal

@@dankerbell As usual Cheese is "discovering" things many of us have known for a while lol. I made a forum post about the blessings being broken and screwing up Cysts a week ago lol. But, since Bungie actually watches his videos maybe this will make them take notice and fix it unlike my post lol.
