@@leonardograssi1525 eleganza e raffinatezza rappresentano un versante alla portata di tutti del suo genio ma c'è un altro versante che va oltre ogni altezza al punto che sprofonda nel mistero per non dire nel sovrumano. Ovviamente si tratta di una personale opinione che come tale è suscettibile di ogni aggiornamento.

Kudos to someone (conductor/soloist/orchestra) for covering the dropped bar near the very end. Probably the conductor's fault for cuing the pianist a bar early. All ended well though...
It's not a dropped bar, probably a new edition. It's in a couple of other recent recordings too (Tharaud, Thibergien).
Wonderful performance, but too much focus on the orchestra. All kinds of cool things goin on at the keyboard and we have to watch bassoonists. In a piano concerto, the focus should be on the pianist.
I love this concerto. But it is MURDER to the left hand and wrists, not to mention the left thumb.
Artists should "ration" their performances of the L hand concerto.
