- Take a look at the Cougar MG140 AIR RGB Mini Tower case that supports ITX and MICRO ATX Motherboards. This case includes 3 120mm RGB FANS with an RGB controller preinstalled.
Overall a decent little case that looks good and has some basic options for cooling, but nothing that's ground breaking in this case.
In this video, I take a closer look at the case, its main features and do a very basic build in it.
If you're insterested in this case, you can find more details on it here. These are affiliate links and do benefit the channel at no cost to you. If you choose to use them, thank you!
As i'm writing this, I do not see that the black version of this is currently available (Late February 2022), I'll keep checking.
The white one is available on Amazon

Good review, thank you! I was looking for a review of MX430 but I think they are pretty similar other than the size so it was informative for me.
Great review!
Thanks FR4N 3.0!!!
I love this review it so good 👍
Thanks Marcel Loots!!! I'm happy you found the video helpful, that makes it all worth it!! Thanks for watching!!!
Loved this
How do you get into the power supply but
I cant get the fans to connect to my motherboard and when i hold it for motherboard mode it flashes once then stops. My motherboard is the prime h610m-a
Hello there, why is it my fans and ram dont sync? Tried mystic light and aura sync, both software cant recognize my fans. Only the ram can be change the color. Do I need to buy a hub controller to sync its colors?
Thanks a lot, it was really heplful !
OMG I LOVE COUGAR
So, did u just buy a 4pin hub and plug in fan’s 3 pins in it?
What software did you use to change the fan colour
Can lights be turned off?
Is the 350mm space for the gpu is without the front fans and aio or with?
Yeah id like to know this too
I didn't see top side panel
Great review. Do the fans plug into the hub or do you need a fan hub. I have rgb but the fans don’t turn. I also don’t have any headers on my motherboard. Thanks.
Hi SacredBeat, the included hub only controls and powers the RGB lighting, it will not power the fan itself, you will need to use a header on your motherboard, or as you mentioned you don't have any headers on your board, you will need to use a powered PWM fan hub, there are many inexpensive options available out there.
Here is an example, there are many like this, i'm not recommending this one specifically, but to give you an idea, there are also hubs out there that would do RGB lighting as well.

I hope that helps, thanks for watching!!!!
Sweet thanks for replying!
Hi, can u help me?... i have a problem with fans, light up RGB but doesnt spin, i only connect hub sata power to psu cause my mobo doesnt have argb 3 pin connector.... is neccesary connect argb 3 pin to mobo for fan spin? or what can i do to make fan spin?
Hi erick gutierrez, the fans in this case each have two connectors, one for 3 pin RGB which connects to the included hub, the other cable on each fan is a 3 pin DC power cable, this cable will need to be connected in order to get the fan to spin.
You can connect this to a 3 or 4 pin fan header on your motherboard. That can leave a bit of a cabling mess, you could also consider a FAN hub, such as this one:
www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Case-Fan-Hub-Distributor/dp/B0887VG14J/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1CGJQ3JHFJAFU&keywords=dc%2Bfan%2Bhub&qid=1680154535&sprefix=dc%2Bfan%2Bhub%2Caps%2C167&sr=8-5&th=1
If your going to use your motherboard to control RGB, consider a combination RGB/PWM fan hub, such as this:
www.amazon.com/EZDIY-FAB-5V-Motherboard-Functional-Management/dp/B09WTKRVY5/ref=sr_1_9?crid=14M1E7HPFV5XA&keywords=ezdiy+rgb+fan+hub&qid=1680154736&sprefix=ezdiy+rgb+fan+hub%2Caps%2C110&sr=8-9
If you use that, you would connnect your 3 pin ARGB to one side, 3 pin DC fan to the other and then connect the HUB to your motherboard RGB port.
These are 3 pin DC controlled fans, but should work on 4 pin PWM ports, you may not get speed control over them depending on your controller, but they will work.
There are other options as well, but this should give you the main idea.
Thanks for watching!!!
