it was a great anime, it was one of few anime that i feel "its too good to have an ending".... really love steins gate series

S;G won't happen if S;G0 timeline stopped or deactivated as what you have said.

This is the alpha world line Suzuha, where SERN rules a dystopian future. The Suzuha on SG0 is from a future where WWIII happened.

@@obedulloa6219 Its also that alpha suzuha had to keep her identity in secret, so she was more like a spy (probably she was one in alpha future too), so she can easily blend in with otaku/normal people culture, on the other hand beta suzuha is a soldier, and most of the time does not have to hide her identity (in the past)
I like a lot of protagonists. But no one can beat a character that says "It's not Okabe, it's HOUOUNIN KYOUMA!!!"

Only one that comes close is Kamina from Gurrenn Lagann whenever he makes his introduction...granted like Stein's Gate GL was one of the best comedy/serious anime out there along with Gintama for all the nonsense that went on in it.

Steins;Gate was really amazing. It combined calm situations which made the characters approachable with crushing scenes like deaths, time travel and plot twist reveals shocking you in the next scene.
You forgot the scene where she rigs up a fake dummy in the shower just to catch her attacker (Kagari)
but then it won't be as light hearted...
I don't realise how funny Steins Gate is before I watched this
SG and SG0 made my number 1 anime for so many reasons, characters such as these being one of them.
The only not so good thing about SG is that there are so many things to go through because it's literally a story that happens in a multiverse. Not complaining though.
Also if there weren't a complete timeline in the SG0 official guidebook I guess everyone would be completely lost, yet that guidebook doesn't include what's in the SG line as shown in the OVA and the movie.

@@YoBoiHrcky for the most part, the official guide book for SG0 explain things rather well. It's just that it doesn't include anything from the OVA, the SG0 novel (maybe? Haven't done reading that yet), and of course anything from Robotics;Notes (which took place completely in the Steins Gate world line and is kinda conflicted with the OVA).
That scene when she's aware of helicopter noises, and I thought there that she was from warzone, and that's right lol

That is still prob my favorite part of S;G 0. Steins;Gate was just so rich in atmosphere and aesthetic that 0 just felt baffling and needlessly sexualized to me, but I do appreciate that part where they choose something less sensical, but still WAY better than a cliché. Suzu easily became my favorite in 0, I figured that out soon enough :]
@@djdragons69420 Usually when a boy and a girl fall ontop of one another, the writers tend to make the situation a “misunderstanding” of sorts with some inappropriate touching. They subverted that here by having Suzuha go full combat training on Okabe, and it ends up being comedic rather than creepy or forcing a romantic option.

after watching both steinds;gate and steins;gate 0, i feel so sad about her character that she came from a fucked up future in both world lines, and she doesn't know certain stuffs like corn and firework, and always on high alert that makes her anxious in everything every times her survival instinct kicks in. i feel happy for her that she can finally enjoy some normal enjoyable moments with the crews even for a while during her stay in the past. After all the painstaking suffering they had endured in all episodes from both series, the endings feel so satisfying after i rewatched em again
If you actually think she's just a simple, enthusiastic, energetic, part timer, I think you should reconsider it and have the willpower to watch more episodes
Despite the things that happened she's still cute and energetic

Last scene cuts some of the impact out from the game. The girl slipped right as Suzuha did a palm strike. If she didn’t, her face would’ve been shattered.
I liked the ending with her in the VN even if it's not the the true ending, it was dark but someway wholesome.

S;G, S;G0, all the OVAs and movie, everything Steins;Gate franchise.. it has very very quickly become my number one favorite anime of all time, I finished watching it all in 1 week, a few weeks ago. I can't stop thinking about it now. It's just too good. So I bought the 3 games that exist on the PlayStation store.. and I'm looking forward to hear about the new Steins;??? (name subject to change). Sadly I hear it may not feature the original cast anymore, but I keep some hope.
Some of the actors are going to be in it. I hope it gets a true sequel too, but it's a part of a bigger series so I have my doubts. I would like to know if Kurisu ever remembers the alpha line. She could easily create a gadget to view Okabe's memories, I'm sure she would be curious, experiment loving girl and all.
