I realize in Reanimated Minato's mode, the basic combo there's 2 Minatos, and he never does the shadow clone hand signs, there's smoke, but it's on the enemy, so he single handedly just created an afterimage so fast there's 2 of him, and people are saying Naruto might be faster?

@@nishchaytripathi4351 in order to teleport u have to hit them with the tilt first,you will know when the tilt has been inflicted because there will be a yellow marking/lighting with words on the opposing characters back,such as 3:45

You can change jutsu or ultimate jutsu with some characters
For example if you wanted to use rasenshriken naruto then you can switch that
