So how did you remove the synchronizer from the of transmission after you broke it? I don’t have the tool either but need to replace synchronizer.

You should make a special tool in machine shop for this one and 1 have one I never break it. It's very easy to remove.

Can be a bad differential! Or a driveline that need to be balanced also if the drive line bearing is bad will create vibration as well!
