Hi Collin, in terms of keeping the reptile out for handling and their enjoyment on the process do you feel that Rankin Dragons tends to handle the task better than Uromastyx Ornatas? I don't have either, I'm trying to decide. I don't have much space for a large or multiple animals and I'd prefer to not be an animal for display like fishes in an aquarium. How do you feel about their personalities and your preference as pets for those two?
While both animals can be calmed down with regular handling, we find that Rankins have a more, natural-calmed temperment. Compared to most other reptiles. The most important factors will be age, lineage, prior handling, and most importantly, the individual animal's personality. While both lizards would make for an excellent condition, you may find Rankins, slightly easier, to socialize. Was there anything else making it hard to decide? 😮 They're both amazing animals, we're sure you'll be delighted with either option! 🦎
@@TyeDyedIguana Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I think the diet is a strong factor, I kind of prefer to keep it simple with veggies but if that has a price of not been able to have a 10-20 minutes of hand-ability out of the cage I'd personally prefer to go with the Rankin. If they are close in temperament I may go with an Uro C.B.. It was very helpful to watch your video and get some inputs here.
Thank you for educating me on the rankin dragon❤❤😊😊 they also are cute
They sure are, their miniature size and round faces are adorable! Have you ever had any kind of pet dragon?
Yes so cute. I'm going to buy one soon😂❤😂
