Don't do what I did!

Riding in Truckee Tahoe area on my mountain bike I attempted an ill advised and poorly planned maneuver over a rock. It did not end well. Some lessons to be learned including what "to do" and "not to do". Note: Garmin Crash Detection and Stava Becon work!

Holy crap! 4 fractured vertebrae? How did that happen? Did the bike land on you, or you landed on a rock?
