Is there a reason you're not applying mangle for the 30% bleed damage debuff? Shred doesn't apply it

Gives :
Your bleed effects cause targets to take an extra 2% physical damage. Applying a bleed effect increases bleed damage taken by the target by 15% for 1 min. In addition, your autoattacks have a 5% chance to generate 20 additional Rage.
when you put 2 points into blood frenzy - then you get the 30 % bleed damage - he does not need to use mangle :)
Warrior automatically give you this buff.
You can also see in his Weakaura (the bars in the middle between his own hp pool and targets hp pool, that mangle is showing. If it was grey it ment that 30 % bleed damage was not applied to the target)
