Many thanks! I love these informative videos! One question I have is that Ziip won't dissolve the skins fat pads? This video was excellent, but it was blurry on that subject. I've also wondered if it could be used on the back of the hands? One thing I'd like to see is an early heads up on the areas to avoid, like under the eyes etc, at the beginning of the videos or in a written form somewhere before treatment. Sometimes I'm midway through and I've gone over areas I shouldn't have... I ❤ knowing how things work! Thank you! Ziip is an AMAZING tool!

Using microcurrent incorrectly can cause the loss of fat pads; however if you follow Melanie's guidance, you don't need to worry. We don't have a treatment or device designed to use on the back of your hands, we only recommend using ZIIP HALO on your face and neck avoiding your thyroid. Yes, you can use ZIIP if you have rosacea. The most compatible electrical treatment for you would be Founders Favorite, which is all nanocurrent. Don’t use on any areas of skin that are raised, bleeding, painful to the touch, broken or excessively red. Move lightly and quickly over the areas of the face where redness is most prominent, and limit treatment to every other day. You may also want to try Silver Gel, which is a favourite among those with sensitive skin.
This was zipp halo through current body in the UK and am very happy using it seeing positive results. However, my question is, how come that the silver coating on top seems to be coming off and is it safe to use the device? I contacted current body with pictures and they agreed to send me a new device, I need to return the old one. Living in Switzerland the cost for returning the device is sky high and I was not able to afford that. Would you have any suggestion? Thank you 🙏🏼

I have combination with sensitive skin type. I have sunken eyes, dark circles, wrinkles, smile lines, mouth around pigmentation, tiny pores, crow feet wrinkles, 11 lines, uneven skin tone, wrinkles on forehead. Out of three treatment gels which is the best to use, by considering all issue that I mentioned? Can i use gold gel and crystal gel alternative days to focus on all the concerns? Or mix? Or layer it up? Or just a single gel? What programs are best for these? Do i need to pressure it while using? How is it different from reyu?
I would love to love my Ziip but it’s over a year and 4 changes that I am trying …..I live in Germany and buying through CurrentBody. Please Melanie what can I do to have a working device? It would be so fantastic !!! Can you advise? Thanks Viviana

Can you confirm the wave form of the Sculpt & Lift treatment is the same for the entire duration, seven minutes, if so, I can adjust the treatment to be four minutes perhaps on the OX device? I look forward to your response.
I have a question that may be off label. I have a chronic eczema near the hairline at the base of my neck for two years. Is it probable that some of the skin treatments may help? I just thought of this. I love my ZIIP by the way and own two Halos because I never want to be without it.

A treatment plan for the next would be wonderful. I do the JOWLS treatment on my neck & work from the collarbone to my jaw
