No they don't. They move that fast because they get paid per pallet they fix. It's called a "piece rate" instead of an hourly rate. The more pallets they fix per day the more money they take home.
I worked for 5 different pallet companies and my experience is, they usually start you off with $16 an hour. However, if you become good at it, you can make $800-$1,200 a week. The work is very physically demanding and you have to work very fast.
Yea,I have seen pallet jobs for 30$+ it's piece rate,if your lazy you will make nothing,jobs like this are for hard working people who want to EARN 50$ an hour
