That's General Electric - Something like GE 966741 - I can't be more specific because the homeowner actually picked that one independently. If you use our floor plans, we have full options of selections that you can choose from or you can chart your own path like this homeowner did.

Thanks for asking - if you want to use this plan as-is, we put together a full plan set and submit a permit application for you in California for a flat fee of $9k - this includes all the structural, MEP, Title 24 and other components listed on our website in the full plan set. It does not include permit fees. The build cost will depend greatly on your region and contractor, but a lot of the ~750 sf units we're getting bids for in the East Bay come back somewhere in the $350k range.
