I love that oleander even says that it's completely incomprehensible, and that she attempted to learn the language herself XD And no, I don't think they have any particularly unique interactions beyond the fact that they are both doing the insane giggly thing, which to be fair, is pretty unique :p (Source: am Paprika mane)
Knowing Tianhuo's background as a bully who reformed, it makes sense that she now chooses to give confidence lessons to Pom, someone her old self probably would have thought was easy prey.
It also shifts in combat when someone have the upper hand. Plus bonus track for the final round and zone-specific outro for each hero. Seriously, this game have amazing music design.
