Can’t believe the news about Chris McMahon!
As regards the re-recording of the vocals rather than his being kicked from the band.

Ordered 2 copies of the CD (W/CJ’s vocals) can’t wait to get them.
It’s been a bit of a trip in all honesty as I started listening to this record back in late July and have had CJ’s vocals all throughout so now when I listen to the album, it just doesn’t even sound right to me. It’s very odd I have to admit!
Still though I am sure that Tyler is doing very to keep the bands sound alive though it must be an interesting tour that’s happening currently. The world is music is pretty insane eh? Thanks for checking out the video though and hope you enjoyed it!
Hands down my favourite band now for last 8 years or so. Love this LP. Couldn't foresee it letting me down. Seeing them on October tour which I think is going to smash \m/ and what a bill in support of it. Choruses as you say are really stadium sounding, the riffs are heavy, the layered guitars are so melodic and almost prog like in their harmonies. This is such a big sounding record. Even the promo videos for the single seem bigger and next level. Big sound, big songs, big performance. Special shout out to Will Putney on the knobs.

What is your opinion? Did the band re track all CJs vocals on the album? I think it still has CJ and that was damage control
Is it the chap from aversions crown on the digital, sounds a little different to me; sounds better to me tbh.

So like everyone else, I've just seen the news that CJ was kicked out and new vocals recorded. Singer is Tyler Miller from Aversions Crown, who I am a big fan of. Great band. Hopefully a permanent replacement. Tour will be interesting. As for my feelings. I've been big fan of CJs vocals and stage presence for years, but what he said was out of total order and really nasty shit. There was no way the band could carry on with him up front. So kudos for taking such positive steps and probably at no small cost to themselves in the process. No royalties for you McMahon.
There was nothing wrong with what he said and he has said similar shit in most of their songs in all of their albums. If it wasn’t on the Internet, it wouldn’t have been blown up people say shit like that all the time they went woke it’s fucking stupid.
