Beautiful knife! I'll be completely honest, for the price, I think the back of the tang and liners should be rounded off from the factory so nothing is sharp. Good tunes as always!
Wow TK! You got a great one! I love mine so much i keep it in the safe and use my micarta version. Im now hesitating buying new rosecraft patterns. Just in case they release another version in stag. But I will anyways. Otter creek Barlow on the way. It does feel better in my larger hands. I wonder how they get that polish on the stag? Thanks for sharing!

I have many of the cheaper Chinese knives from Queen, Rough Ryder, and Marbles and they are all well-made and under $15. One of my favorites is a sodbuster style in Blackwood for $7.36. Rosecraft offers something different, more upscale the same way Rough Ryder stepped up their game with the Reserve line and SMKW with USA-made Queen.

I’m with you. I have a few Rosecrafts, and they’re nice. But what makes me happy is lots of knives, none of them expensive, nothing too precious. That’s the sweet spot for me. RR is my fave - wish they’d get some new ones!

RCB sits in a sweet spot for me but over $60 I will ask for more. and they are at that mark. I would like to buy this knife and might do it but holding off in hopes they actually offer it in an upgraded steel even though i am not a steel snob. Chances of me doing anything but cutting fruit and a steak are slim. I am not a collector, but will admit they border on safe queens/gentleman's carry.
