Unless you have headless chicken allies that will feed Saber, I don't think he is really as effective against Nolan since his Ult is a 'counter' to his ult.
Nolan is obviously balanced and not ban-worthy, but epical glory will ban this guy like arlott (except arlott is a lil bit stronger) Anyways, his potential is much much more than most heroes because of his skillsets.

With these builds, it deals 2k critical damage and continues with considerable skill damage.

I actually want to add Franco for his counter, but because Nolan have insane dashes it makes harder for Franco to use his skill 1 to Nolan (but if you really pro using Franco and suppress him before using skill 1 that's ok). For me, Nolan is not too op but not weaker also. Since he have CC immunity, have insane damages and mobility making him good to use. But you need a lot of times to practice his combos and when to use his ultimates. No, it's quite horrible actually. It's totally fcked up. He is a spell caster, but he get way more sustain with haas claws somehow, which makes you think that montoon messed up something, as haas claws doesn't make sense in a spellcaster build, as he can't trigger crits with his combo.

TLDR: Very weak and useless if u cant aim fk killing a fast moving character or anyone witha dash no scaling and dmg not even worth it buff reliant and energy consumpsion is too much
You can even put Festival of Blood for some sustain, emblems are very flexible and I change them often on all heroes, but yes pretty much the same build as Saber/Lance/Haya

Arlott skills are chase dash, it means he actually doesn't have a proper blink to escape.
