Good job Ray found many like that in the 12 years I was there. Techs will lose the programs never uploaded them back in the office and were told just to upload download and return on a later date to fix it, but the later day never happens. What is the moto “it is what it is”.

No, but you can create your audio files in the programmer.

Can I create a file of this format directly in the progammer?
Because I don't have any backup with the exact audio I need, I have similar ones.

True, a wav file won’t work. Back in 4100U school, some of the techs that were computer savvy were able to modify wav files and import them. The default library in the programmer should have just about everything you need to create a custom message. You would have to contact a JCI (Simplex) sales rep to order a custom message.
