Lot of people are facing the same problem of keyboard specially Asus tuf gaming series actually after replacing the keyboard also my keys were not working(same keys) after that I found there were some issue on motherboard so if you got the same problem better prefer to motherboard technician it will be cheaper. @@hassaan6119 no external keyboard is different thing unless you have issues with USB port. You can continue with your external keyboard.. there will be no problem.

@@Vladen97 no I still have that problem but those keys work sometime and becomes unresponsive less frequently. But whenever I play any games or something those keys become unresponsive again.

Mera bhi same problem h. Meri bhi ek key cap tuti h. Ek keycap milegi but import karvana hoga official website se wo bhi 13 dollar ki Keys aur 5 dollar ke shipping charges total 18 dollars. Aur key Ane me 1 month lagega. Me rukha hua hu ki local store me mil jaye nhi toh vahi se mangana padega .

я ток что ножом и кусачками для ногтей менял клавиатуру , правда не паял назад пластмассу )) все работает , поменял за 30 мин )

I have exactly the same problem, the s, z, x keys, did you solve the problem with them?

i also had problem with keyboard but at asus service center they replaces whole front panel (with touchpad power button etc attached) and cost me 8.5k
You should not have gone there.. unless you are on warranty.
