I did vocational training in a rural area with limited resources and had this happen to me, the file apparently was too old. I was told to leave it as chances are it will mineralize but after research I saw that's not generally the case and not the rule. It's apparently a thing still however and its possible it will not cause complications if not surpassing the apical foramen (at the cost of the structural integrity of the root canal however). I want to ask someone with experience: How often is this the case? How frequently do obturated file pieces mineralize instead of causing further problems later on?
Very well! Can you repeat the same thing in the opaque block (without vision control)?
Agree with you
Specialy within the limited mouth opening range
Impossible
This is teryuchi, hes done it plenty of times in his other videos on real teeth. Probably Best endodontist in the world
Isn't it risky? The other file can fracture as well right?
why would we need to remove the file if we can get access to apical part with ease from the very first beginning?
This is why they should make magnetic files!

In transparent block? really?
sir not essy to remove in S shape canal like upper molar meso buccal canal?
why do you use cw to retrieve the separeted file, is the broken file resiprocating file ?
but we still have to bypass it before trying this technique prof isnt it ?
Did you managed to do same case in Real ..!?
What u have used for lubricant?
Why you have used 35/04 CM FILE NOT EDM??
Interesting to use rotary file to remove separated file.
How to avoid pushing broken file out of apex doing this?
Whats the idea of removing in such a way , if u can bypass it easily ..
It's not so easy inside the pt tooth
Not as obvious when u r working within the root canal
It's not that simple in patients mouth
easy when you can see everything
