I see Davy said the xp rates are in the video, but I still can seem to find what part. Can you put the time they are in there or post the xp rates. I have a uim and am trying to decided between this and Balloon method

how good is the grand exchange route compared to the taverly route doesn't seem worth the effort

Okay so for starters, you can make the portal chamber at 45 construction with crystal saw and +2 tea, so you can start the GE route at 45 cons
With the taverly method you lose about 15% run energy per trip so you can do around 7 trips without stopping, through GE you lose about 10% so you can fit in about 9 trips with no breaks or walking
Also with the GE route you don't pay for the tram ticket, so its 2984 gp per trip instead of 3084, through Taverly its 1.93 gp per xp and through GE its 1.86 gp per xp
Not having to load the underground path, and buy the tram ticket will save you at least 4 seconds but also reduce your clicks and make the method slightly more afk, it will likely save you more than 4 seconds per trip if you're not paying full attention
You'll save around 70k gp per 1m contruction xp you gain going through GE rather than Taverly and you'll get 2-3% more xp per hour as well
