What's New in Psoda - December 2022

The final phase of Psoda's core UI refresh is complete with the new selected details and workflow areas released. New functionality has been added such as template assets, instant phased popups, text counters on fields, search and replace, and more!

Multiple important UI elements have been reimagined for the main top area in Psoda. The locations and workflow boxes have now been moved into its own menus, giving the selected details area more room for two new sections: details and people.
The resource scenario planner now includes roles and resource availability, all of which can be toggled. You can now also toggle on and off individual items in the chart, making it easy to hide programmes and projects you don’t want to see.
Phased popups now have a faster load between steps. We’ve added a new ‘steps’ breadcrumb indicator to show where you are in the process. A back button has also been added to fix up any mistakes you make!
Adding, editing, and removing favourites have been merged into one easy to use dropdown.
An exciting new feature has been rolled out to projects, programs, users and risks. You can now mark these assets as a ‘template’, which means when your users open the add popup, they will now get options to add either a blank asset or use a template. The information from the template is then automatically added to all the fields!
We have added a search and replace option on projects. You can now search and replace any terms used on certain assets throughout Psoda.
Other exciting updates include the new faster collapsing and expanding of financial years on the budget table, the ability to add workflow actions to the whole of a workflow, the text counters on fields in the popups and the two new report parameter types: custom fields and issue impact.
The team have been working hard on improving the speed and usability of Psoda and will continue to do so as we roll on into 2023!
