It's not a standard formulation, as each treatment is customized based on age, gender, age of onset of hair loss, degree of hair loss, and it uses PRP from your own blood as the activator. I think it's an outpatient treatment where they operate on the muscle. I'm pretty sure it's the same even if it's mild ptosis. Search his name and the word ptosis and you will find his videos on the topic.
