    This is the most basic exercise for mind-centering, mind-strengthening and increasing circulation throughout the body.

    0. In this excercise you are tapping your 2nd chakra. For women, 2nd chakra is located within the uterus. For men, behind bladder. The 2nd chakra is not a physical location, but an energetic (almost gaseous) nexus, that supplies your vital life energy. This energy is utilized to keep you alive, but also in tough times pushes you forward and serves as the gas tank to your engine. There is unlimited energy potential there, and it can be accessed immediately through this tapping exercise. Tapping the 2nd chakra is like flicking the light switch on and off... It starts up the energy flow in your whole body right away, and sends energy, blood and electricity wherever it needs to go for you to be fully healthy. It is the key to activating all 7 chakras.
    1. Half of the blood in your body is always in your GUT!? When you tap your abdomen you help move stagnant blood out of the organs and circulate throughout your whole body. If you have cold extremities (hands & feet) you will feel them getting warmer with increased blood flow.
    2. Good energy flow means good digestion.
    3. Your large intestine produces white blood cells. When you tap your belly, you are increasing your overall immunity.
    4. Your mental health is directly connected to your gut health. Neurotransmitter production is the key: 50% of Dopamine (joy & muscle function) and 94% of Seratonin (mood stability/anti-depressant) production happen in the nerve cells surrounding your intestines! People think that eating certain foods will help increase these, but the truth is that when the gut MOVES well (is relaxed and pumping/squeezing well), that is when those nerves are stimulated to produce these much needed neurotransmitters.
    When you tap your gut, you are helping to release tension from your intestines, increasing blood and energy flow throughout your body, aiding digestion, increasing immunity and also increasing your happiness!!
    Do 5-20 mins EVERY DAY!
    DIRECTIONS:
    Feet hip width apart.
    Bend your knees.
    Tuck your tailbone.
    Tap 2 inches below belly button.
    Feel the vibration 2 inches inside & around the lower abdomen.
    Feel the vibration in your tailbone.
    Center your mind. Keep focusing 2 inches below belly button and 2 inches inside.
    Feel your feet on the Earth.
    Breathe through the top of your head, to your heart, to your lower abdomen, all the way down to your toes... and back up if you want to.
    Repeat 5-20 mins in a hypnotic, rhythmic fashion.
