29 & Homeless (How did we end up here)

In just two weeks, I’m supposed to be on a one-way flight to Japan, but I just found out my Worldpackers experience was canceled. Now I have no idea where I'll go or where I'll stay once I arrive. Should I still take the flight? What would you do in my situation?
